Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Centerville OH

Did was mediocre. Service was extremely slow. And the restaurant was freezing cold. Numerous people complained and the staff just dismissed us. I don't enjoy eating dinner with my coat on.

Within less than an hour both myself and friend, we both became extremely ill. I will never go to this cracker barrel again

The carryout there is not good. Stale food, packing of the orders are not packed good when we get it home foods have spilled out.we 3st in sometimes and the food is better than the carryout but there is room for improvement eating in too.

Soda tastes weak, butter frozen for biscuits, slow service, I had to ask waitress to check on appetizer 20 mins after ordering. Friend chicken dinner was dry. Overall there's nothing strong that would want to make me come back.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. The restaurant was over whelmed with to go orders and door dash orders that they failed everyone that chose to sit down and wait for a meal in person. Manger did not try to fix the issue. Took over one hour to get our meal. Maybe next time I’ll order to go.

Enjoyed breakfast. Fried eggs, crispy bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy, and fried apples. Always good no matter what city in the US we find a Cracker Barrel.

I got their 4 piece chicken had to take some home its was alot and it was delicious got steak fries and hashbrown casserole all of it was delicious now I have supper for morrow nite.lol

Had excellent customer service from a young man named Kaleb. He took time to listen to our concerns and promptly got a manager for us. More young people need to take a lesson from him.

Very busy location. We had a large party of 20. They were very accommodating to us and served us around the same time. Our waitress was outstanding! Food was delicious

Food was good. Service was good. Little slow due to not having enough help I believe. Help wanted signs up everywhere. Still great place to eat.

WORST FOOD EVER! We ordered a carry out and both meals were WRONG.

First was meatloaf with 3 sides (2 hash brown casseroles and 1 corn). I received 3 corn. No hash browns at all.

Second was ham with 3 sides. (Hash brown casserole, green beans and corn). I received 1 green bean and 2 corn. Again, no hash browns.

The bag didn't even contain utensils or napkins. Are we supposed to eat with our hands? We got so frustrated, we threw your food out and ordered a pizza.

I spent too much money to throw food away. At the very least, Cracker Barrel owes me an apology.

I love this place. Everytime I come here the food is always perfect. Grilled rainbow trout with Mac and cheese and dumplings. You can never go wrong with that!

Food was great. Service was impeccable. Check out was the worst! Check out was 15 minutes? Are you kidding? The equipment was old school. It would hardly work. Was there for a special breakfast with 4 adults. $72. This made others around us so frustrated. It will be a while before I pay money to be frustrated to check out. We also spent equal amounts on merch. Seriously? Can't this company fix this?

Finally.a Cracker Barrel visit that was EXACTLY what it should have been! The service in this restaurant made me believe in them again. I've had (and written about) several bad experiences with this chain but this specific location treated me with kindness and my food was cooked to order and served at its proper temperature. I ordered Momma's french toast platter with sausage and eggs. Though I was not totally sold on the sourdough bread used, I would return here to try something else. The server was personable and checked on me throughout the meal without being overbearing. It's good to be able to write a favorable review of this chain for once!

Another happy trip to the Cracker Barrel. The waitress was very polite and nice. She checked on us multi-times. The staff in the shop is always professional and kind. The food always fantastic. First time having her chicken fried chicken which is two big breasts of chicken breaded. I could only eat one.

Food is not as good as it used to be.carrots not cooked in honey, got dumplings taste like cooked with fish not chicken.

Just ordered online for the first time and it was horrible. My pancakes were burnt. It was 3 separate orders for pancakes you only provided syrup for 2. Eggs were watery and cold. Sausage gravy was bland. Spent $67 on overrated Cracker Barrel smh.
