Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, North Canton OH

Me and my wife stopped May 29. We had a really bad day Friday, and where just out shopping. We where seated and our waitress Rachel H, was very polite and friendly. She is a great representative of your restaurant and community.
We both enjoy your meatloaf dinner. It was cook to perfection, compliments to the kitchen staff.

Didn't get to try the casserole bites as an appetizer before our dinner, but overall food was good. Chloe our waitress was very diligent and friendly. What employees they had were busy cleaning in between serving.

After placing our order the wait was so long that I was ready to leave. My coffee was cold and I had asked for creamer for it and ended up drinking it black. When the food finally showed up it wasn't even hot. And I had watched other customers who came in after us get there food before us and there meals should have taken longer to make than ours.our order was nothing more than eggs, pancakes, bacon grits and biscuits and gravy. Our wait time on our order was 50 minutes.

Great customer service! Food was great, but the friendly service is what will bring me back! Honestly, the server we had went above and beyond expectations! Love the chicken tender salad, and Stewart’s root beer

This was a wonderful experience; there was a long line but they worked quickly and got us seated in under 10 minutes. Everything tasted fresh and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Like always, the food was great. The problem was with the service. The server was nice enough but totally messed up my wife's order and when we tried to correct her she argued with us insisting my wife ordered what she brought, as if we had forgotten what she ordered. First rule of the service industry, never contradict the customer! All she should have done is apologize for the mix up and fix it.

Got the country boy breakfast with the sirloin. I have to say that steak was better than some steakhouses I've been to. Juicy and cooked perfect! My compliments to the chef

Wasn't over crowded. We got our dinner served pretty quick. I had the Southern fried chicken. Cooked perfectly. Husband had Roast beef. It was tender. The restaurant was very clean. Parking was easy even though they had construction going on.

Waitress didn’t refill drinks even a single time, bathrooms were beyond disgusting (all toilets clogged and contained feces), didn’t get all of the food that was ordered and then tried to bill us for it.
Going 2 stars because the food we did receive was good.

Great food, huge portions. The southern fried chicken is amazing. The place is a little sticky though.

Very rude manager named James. Forget that guy. I dont care that he worked for TGIF previously, he's rude.

First time was not let down I had the Jammin Burger with Steak Fries was a weird combo reading but tasted so good.

Had eight people had to wait an hour and a half what groups of four go by us left and right I'll call ahead waiting is a laugh we called ahead manager told us it doesn't matter that's not a promise they told us five minutes on the phone it was great when we finally got to it

We had Trout and BBQ Chicken for dinner. They were very good and the waitress was very attentive.

Great food and service. Not. Much more to say about this place. 1 thing is to make you ask to keep. Your receipt after you pay because they will toss it in the trash.

I used to really enjoy the Barrel. Unfortunately, the quality has plummeted to the bottom of it.

The country store is nice, but the food is overrated. Bland chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, and soup. I'd rather go to Pete's Restaurant on Tuscarawas Ave.

Can never go wrong at Cracker Barrel! Always a great meal. No matter whether breakfast, lunch or dinner!

My mother's favorite place to eat, she's 83 and from the south, she says it's like home cooking.
