Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
16Sorry to say it wasn't all that great. I understand they are understaffed but I won't be going back. Food was just so so and most of the tables had dirty dishes on them. So I won't be going back.
My steak was okay. The servers wasn't very good. But I still love the gift shop. Not sure if its cause they are short staffed but the server wasn't very nice, table was still dirty, my glass had 2 chips in it waited for straw to drink cause I wasn't bout to cut my lip. The serve brought us out food we didn't order, I'm not even 100% sure if we had to pay for the unwanted things or not?
Does this plate look like a $14 Thanksgiving meal? Why are the sweet potatoes like apple sauce? Very skimpy on meat, 3.5 small bites. Gravy has a green tint to it and makes me want to hurl. I did get 2 rolls and pie. Thanks for the effort. Happy Thanksgiving
A to go order is now 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready in the middle of the day.which order at 213 received at 255. Took me part of that time to even be acknowledged that I was here for a pick up order. Mgr Has looked my direction a couple of times but not walked over to see why I'm standing here with a scowl on my face.maybe offer a drink or gee sorry it took so long. I watched people come in eat and leave when i did
Last two times we have went to Cracker Barrel it has been bad food not been good service has been bad very disappointed when I call company no one call back very disappointed
Can you say rude we left end of story why rude? Host laughing giggling while we stood in front of them at least 2 mins wanted window seat sat us by a closed window seat didn't see a waitress for about 5 mins left
It was horrible it was Thanksgiving and the waitresses interrupted us while we was having prayer. The food was cold we was the family of 12 that was there right before y'all closed. I don't recommend this restaurant to eat at especially on holidays.
Wait was long with tables open. Their gidt shop smelled amazing. Cool items to view while waiting. Food was good. Always nice for a stick to your bones meal.
Been a long time since I had last been here for either breakfast or dinner. But wanted to try Cracker Barrel out again anyways. I had the grilled Maple Bacon Chicken Breast, with the requisite hashbrown casserole and turnip greens. Service was good considering I have dinner around 4.
Great food. Tip- use the option for utensils to get to where you can add apple butter to your order if you are getting biscuits as your bread!
Long wait but can't put the blame on the Cracker when you no one wants to work.but thos who were working there were great
Food was good but I tried calling several times no one ever answered the phone so just went over and ordered carryout. I had to wait 40 mins ridiculous could've eaten inside and left within 40 mins.
Undercooked chicken and poor service. Waited 30+ minutes from ordering to receiving food. In that time we never saw our waitress or received refills on our drinks. The restaurant was not all that busy while we were there but yet service was terrible. I ordered fried chicken that ended up being lukewarm and undercooked throughout. Didn't bother asking for a manager since our waitress was not seen again until she brought the check. When we did see her she was rude and acted like she did not want to be there at all.
They didn't cook my steak rite and my food was slightly cold. However the waiter Kevin was absolutely amazing and that made up for any errors. Give him a raise!
Service was good. Not a fan of the gravy. Really bland. Eggs are eggs. Biscuits looked like the kids were doing the baking. They were all kind of different shapes and textures
I don't know if it was just the location or time that we went but everything has gone downhill. The food and service was passable at best. I remember it being something better.
