Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
34My daughter ordered the country fried chicken and the gravy was disgusting it looked gross very disappointed
Service was excellent, food presentation and quality was not. Ordered a steak and 3 sides, two sides were in bowls and the 3rd, macaroni and cheese, was on the plate with the steak and all the juices from the steak were surrounding the macaroni, when I brought it to the servers attention she quickly addressed it. My daughter got country fried chicken and gravy, the gravy was so thick you could mistake it for mashed potatoes. The line cooks do not care about what they are doing, so I will not be visiting this location again.
It was slow people wore masks. Service was slow. Only one waitress. People were at least 6 ft.apart in the seating area. We ate and left. Typical Cracker Barrel rockers outside were obstructed with tape so you couldn't sit on them. Several were made out of some substitute wood stuff. Spendy pricing.
Great food. Great staff. Great selection of merchandise. But a little on the high side for clothing and stuff
Daughter in law and I had a girls day. Had nice meals, great service, and fun. Dining room capacity was cut but there was a nice crowd.
We found lots of fun spring treasures in the old country store. We will go back soon
The food was AWESOME. There was a short wait to be seated Staff was amazing. Our server was very friendly and professional. Fast service. Food was prepared very quickly as well.
The food is always was delicious although they did run out of cornbread on a Sunday afternoon. We ended up getting it but come on guys
Your egg dipped biscuits, berry jam, bacon, and eggs is wonderful. Keep that one on the menu. And only 4.99. So good that I will order again
After a long day of traveling, me and my companion enjoyed a pleasant meal together. The hostess and waitress were both pleasant and friendly while doing their work professionally.
Met friends here and had breakfast. It was a Saturday morning and very busy. But.my breakfast came fast, waitress was wonderful.and food was Hot, Delicious! Afterwards went shopping at their store! I love this store in CRACKER BARREL! They have gifts you can't find anywhere else! And, they're always very helpful in the store area too.
The food was great but I got the buy one take one home and I paid extra for meatballs. I had to ask for my extra one because they forgot and when I got home, the meatballs weren't on it. I was very disappointed and upset because I paid extra for something I didn't get.
Usually great service when eating there. When placing online orders I tend to have to wait an exceptionally long time for it to have to be ready. I have found it to be faster to just go in and order and wait there for it! Overall, great service otherwise and great food!
Cook at this location is terrible asked for a hamburger steak cooked medium well made twice and first try burned it, second try raw.
Decent place with friendly service. Someone paid for my lunch, as a good deed. I'm not sure who, but it was nice.
I had a grilled cheese sandwich and a baked potato for $5.99 plus tax. The tables were not crammed together so I could talk to my friend comfortably. It is intentionally rustic, and the menu is kid friendly, but also senior friendly.
Their portions are shrinking, ProTip, you get more chicken and dumplings in the child menu than you do in the platter.
Love Crackle Bartels’s old Country store… could buy all the knock knacks in there! Food is good too!
Food was cold, service was not good, large very noisy party of 18 in the same room. Drinks were not refilled. We won't return. Manager did comp one meal.
Slow on service. Ran out of pot pies, brought wrong order. My food was cold and so I paid my bill and left. Not always like this. But they seem to be limited on the lunch specials. I have yet to get a special because they ran out of it. Lemonaid mugs were not frozen as advertised. It was served in a regular glass. Not many people there. I know why now.
