Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
29Waitress was really nice as well as the other staff! Good meal, good atmosphere, good company, and staff
Good food, great service. Overall very good experience, even with it being Easter. Thank you, Cracker Barrel and to our server, Brandi M at the Mansfield location!
Excellent. Even the side salad was fresh and green. Didn't have to pick out a single piece. Fresh biscuits and great dinner. Can't knock the service either!
If you have been to one of these you have been to all of them. A step up from fast food when on the road. Pretty loud and noisy when full. I did wonder if Mark Kozelek had ever eaten at this particular location.
Good food good service as always. Breakfast the best. Always find something i didnt know i needed in the store.
Great place for down home meals and prices are very reasonable. I love their chicken and dumplings. Plus they have a wonderful store to buy unique candies and gifts in. One of my favorite places to eat.
Service was great though some of the fresh items were not as fresh as previous visits. Love to browse in the gift shop.
Two meals were mediocre, one was terrible. I've been to many different cracker barrels, and this one wasn't worth the visit.
Good food! Gift shop is the best! I always shop here for a few christmas gifts! Super friendly staff!
Mediocre meal at best. Ham so salty you could barely eat it, dumplings were bland, enough gravy to cover 1 of 4 biscuits, no silverware to eat with until we had to ask for it, most food brought out lukewarm at best and 6.00 for 2 white milks. Left there very dissatisfied
Great service, delicious food especially if you like Southern grits and biscuits with gravy. Many options. Love the store. Unigue gifts encluding dishes, decorations, calenders, clothes, games, and candy. Some of our food was served cold, however.
9: 30 p.m. On a Tuesday night.only fried and dip style (meatloaf) food available. The grill was covered with cleaner for the night. I understand that it may have been a slow night but when your hours state that you're open until 10 p.m, the grill should have been available as well. I may or may not be back. The server was very understanding and apologized many times over.
I have never been to a Cracker Barrel before and didn't know what to expect. So my first experience was very positive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. To be seated we walked past a huge fireplace with a real fire. All day and on arrival it was cold and raining outside. Walking past this warm fire was just amazing to my senses. Speaking of senses, the dining room was filled with wonderful food smells. I cannot say that I have ever walked into a restaurant and could smell the other diner's food so well and anticipated my meal. Waitress was nice and helpful. Our food was delicious as the smells. Portions we nice and filling. Pricing seems reasonable.
I will be back.
This one was pretty bad. Food was burnt. Waitress disappeared. When we went for help to get a box and another drink it took 3 different people and they still didn't help. Didn't even bring butter for the biscuits. Needless to say my daughter had to leave he sandwich. Never got a drink. My son and I had the stomach flu so we were ready to eat. So disappointed. It wasn't even busy.
Had to send drink back 1 time n had to send my meal back 4 times n then my bacon was like cardboard. They ended up paying for our entire bill. Ended up that night with terrible upset stomach.
I can always count on Cracker Barrel for a wholesome filling meal in a pleasant warm atmosphere. A dependable stop.
You can never go wrong at CB imo and this location is no exception. Service was excellent and the food was just as good as any other CB I've been to.
Service is great. I'm not to fond of the food but alot of people enjoy eating here, including my boyfriend. He would recommend you the Mac & Cheese.
We don't get to go out to eat very often but chose Cracker Barrel in Mansfield. I started feeling nauseated and crampy before we walked out the door and was very ill for 6 days, vomitting and diarrhea. I know it was the food that made me sick and will never go there again.
Off Hanley road. Wr have ate there for year's worse lunch ever. Had a cold coffee and the bottom glass break off. Did not get to finish our lunch or finish my coffee.
