Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Springfield OH

Excellent service and great food. I always feel safe at Cracker Barrel, so I always stop at them when traveling alone.

Little bit of a wait as the covid lunch crowds are starting to increase. Waited about 10 minutes to seat our party of three. Tried the maple bacon grilled chicken for the first time. It was surprisingly good and came out presented like a professional chef had prepared it. The server was very attentive and on top of things. Great experience on this visit.

Denied service as I cannot wear a mask (medical reasons). This violates the "orders" by the Ohio Dept of Health, as I am exempt.
This is also a violation of the ADA.

Excellent food and fast service, waitress was Johnny on the spot with food. Food was cooked perfectly and we finished each bite. Will visit again

Was seated immediatley, Monday Dinner time, Not my best experience with Cracker Barrel, will prob give it one more try. Kids meal, burger, was way over cooked along with hard cornbread for hte adult meals. Food was fast, but not "Hot", warm at best. Waitress was GREAT. Manager at checkout was aware of the issue with the hamburger and assured me that he would check on the food temps

Delicious late dinner. Beautiful restraunt with fire going in fireplace. Friendly manager and nice waitress. One good reason to travel across town to the south side for sure! Really enjoyed it.

Friendly waitress, very good food. Had to downsize my breakfast a bit as the portions are a bit too big for my taste. YMMV. But the quality of the food was excellent. Absolutely loved my peach pancakes.

Very good food, better than some of the others I've been to. And even at a rush time on a Sunday, quite possibly the fastest service I've had at any Cracker Barrel!

Ridiculous pricing that they don't tell you about. Almost 3 dollars for a slice of tomato, made me sick to see it on my bill and the manager didn't offer to take it off. I won't be returning to such a disgusting excuse for a restaurant.

The shop is a great stop for people who are traveling but the restaurant food was not good at all. I could've eaten a better cheeseburger at McDonald's for one-third of the price I paid here.

Hadnt been there since I was a child. Use to be amazing. Probably been 20yrs. Now it was mediocre at best. Total disappointment. Server was extremely attentive hence the two stars. She easily deserved a 5star.

Food came out fast even though we were a large party. The two wait staff did a fantastic job. Food was good.

Friendly people. Had nice breakfast. Keto. The bacon and sausage we re great. Eggs cooked wonderful. They would make a bundle if they had 2 meat lovers. 1 with low carb! Cottage cheese! ! But live cracker barrel.everywhere! !

I finished that tee game and I'm a genius. Decent vegetarian options, which I think is fairly new and nice.
