19We went to eat dinner and there was nobody at the check in station, after 15 minutes someone showed up and said that there was a waiting list so we and the people in front of us walked out, we were there about a month or two ago and the service was very slow and the food wasn't good and the place wasn't busy so we didn't know why there was a waiting list, this was in Sharonville Ohio
The Sharondale location has definitely changed over the last few years. We get there and told 30-40 min wait when it is more than half empty. I alway ask why…. And answer is…, we only have 3 waitresses. Last time the couple who was next to sign in said never again here and drove all the way to the Milford location. This was definitely our last time also to the sharonville location and will be glad to drive a bit further to a better location that hopefully will be ran better.
I ordered a medium well done steak with my breakfast, unfortunately the cook doesn't understand that concept. I have to send it back 3 times.our waitress Mrs Leslie was very nice and polite.ty for trying to get my order right
They are having trouble keeping the kitchen staffed so be prepared for a long wait for food. I went at 10am with 4 adults and 3 kids. It took about 45 minutes to get food
We had to ask for refills and the waitress would only bring refills to those that asked at the time instead of asking who needed them.
It's one of my favorite restaurants. We go here about once a week maybe. I can't resist looking at the store part every time I go. I guess that's the point. The service is always good. I've never had any problems at that store, except when it's busy you have to wait. I'm willing to wait.
Always like to go to Cracker Barrel. Good food at a good price. Want something yummy for low calories? Apple Cider BBQ Chicken. Yum! Always great service.
Service was slow and we had a $25 gift card to use but the cashier was incompetent so we ended up paying in full with our credit card. Food was decent.
Great breakfast and very warm home like interior with nice fire place. Easy on and off from the interstate. Very fun to shop while waiting to be seated.
The dishwasher walked out and you could here the staff arguing in the back. It took 50 minutes to get food. Worst i have ever seen.

Walked in at around 4 on a Friday. Was immediately seated in a nice larger table in the back. We had two waitresses and they were both kind, friendly, and funny. The food was out in no time and tasted fresh and hot. It was wonderful! Plus, one of our waitresses came back to give us fresh drinks without even being asked. The rest of the reviews on here make it seem menacing, but I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel!
Pancakes are awesome there. I also like their hash brown casserole. Breakfast is just the best there.
Breakfast food is really good, but I would not advice ordering from here if you are on your lunch break. They will tell you that your food will be ready in 10 minutes, but it's usually 20-25 minutes. My order is always correct, so even with the longer wait I've never had to send it back.
Our waitress Alicia was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, caring and efficient. She played right along with my husband's humor. She was also very attentive to my mom, who at 72 talks quietly and can be bit indecisive. Alicia, thank you for a wonderful breakfast experience! We'll be sure to ask for you the next time we visit Cracker Barrel.

Took for ever to be seated and the food took for ever. The food just isn't that good for the price point. Its always blan. Not a fan.
Love this cracker barrel. We ususally get seated quickly, and the waitresses are nice and check on you often. Great country cooking that won’t break the bank. I usually get either the sunrise sampler or the country fried steak. The fried apples are amazing. Overall, great restaurant
