Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Zanesville OH

Arrived with a 20 to 30 minite wait. Took over a hour to get seated. They are clueless. Only 2 tables to seat 6 in the building apparently. The place looked like a ghost town when we did get inside. Don't believe them with thier wait time estimates.

Sunrise sampler is always my go to menu item and never fails. Food is always hot and great tasting. Always a great experience.

I'm actually not a fan of cracker barrel but their breakfast is definitely good. The staff at this particular cracker barrel is absolutely amazing. They are super clean inside and very helpful when it comes to guiding you through the menu.

Great atmosphere and delicious food. Good size portions, no fear of leaving hungry. Friendly staff.

Didnt go inside but from the looks of it, everything was neat and well kept. It is located ontop of a hill overlooking downtown.

Food was cold fries wasnt done and meatloaf was cold and fell apart badly I was very shocked too

They taking away some of the favorites, like their apple dumpling dessert, cabbage, and foods like that.

We drove from out of town to eat at your restaurant! The policy to maintain the restaurant at 50 percent capacity makes it much safer to eat at during the pandemic! We feel safe eating at ypur restaurant! Thank you!

Cracker Barrel is going to change BIG TIME. They will be eliminating alot of their menu items and will be serving alcohol.you can see the changes being made now by the uniforms.

Slow service. Half the food was cold. Had to ask for the salad I ordered. Wattress didn't stop by enough. Glasses were empty and had to ask for a refill. Wattress brought check right after food came out. Didn't ask if we wanted desert. Not that we wanted one. Place has a lot of room for improvement.

Had ordered mama's pancake breakfast n the eggs were not cooked as ordered n even after a second try they still didn't cook the eggs right but outside of that good food

It's a fantastic place to come and enjoy a terrific home cooked meal at the Cracker Barrel. And the store part of Cracker Barrel it's a fabulous as well.

Stopped by for lunch while out of town for work. No wait even though they were busy. The waitress always had my sweet tea full. And the food came quick and was delicious!

Took a while to get a server when they wasn't busy and food good but seemed like it was the day before food.

Traveling food stop. Excellent service. Good wholesome meal. Out of the way and quiet. Not busy at all.

Great food and service. I think they have the best pancakes. The Friday fish fry is hard to beat too. The best time of year to eat here though is winter as not too many restaurants have a fireplace. And they have a big one. I request to sit close if they are not busy and they always accommodat!
This restaurant has the best location in Zanesville as it overlooks downtown. Usually my first choice of places to go.

Love this place! Great staff and excellent food and charming cozy restaurant and store! We've been to this location twice on road trips and it's amazing! The town is beautiful and the view from the parking lot is spectacular! We love this place and location!:)
