Logan was a pleasure to work with. He was genuinely interested in how he could best help us. So was Art for that matter! My wife is partially disabled, and it takes a while to find something she can fit into with a fused knee. Art even said, "We'll open every car door until we find something". SCAM! Do not believe a single thing that is being advertised by Craig Smith, Chevy Buick Dealership located at 7459 OH-309, Galion, OH 44833 through the mail. Their advertisements are telling people that they have won $5,000 to $25,000. I read the fine print and it appeared that I had won $5,000 according to their advert in the mail. My housemate called the dealership on two occasions giving the confirmation number and was told that we had won $5,000 and to come to the dealership. It was a bait and switch and was told that they had won free wireless headphones as soon as they got to the dealership.

Went there to get a vehicle because I received one of the mailers. (I actually do need a vehicle, he just saw the flyer in my hand before he even asked what I was looking for) Got passed on to 3 different salesman before the last one gave me a snobby attitude and said we can't help you

I received a Moneyopoly Advert from Craig Smith Chevrolet Buick with a winning ticket attached. Unfortunately, the order of winning symbols does not match the order of prizes. I called in anyway, and Joe was very careful to not say what I possibly won, because according to the printed odds it is probably only a pair of wireless earbuds. Only 4 people out of 60,000 will win any cash but the only way to find out is to go to the dealership. It is a gimmick, but at least 4 people will win cash.

Chris was a great salesperson. Fastest car purchase ever. Literally took us half an hour to get in and out. Great service! The warranty forever is amazing and the unlimited time wrap coverage keeps me from paying for repairs. Get to Galion!

I originally had a bad experience when trying to buy a vehicle from this lot, due to a few employees. However there were two exceptional employees who really tried to work with me. John Bird and Kevin McCane. Unfortunately because of the other employees we were unable to make a deal. However today I recieved a call from Mr. Bird to tell me that these employees had been spoken to, and that Craig Smith wanted to apologize for my experience. I can honestly say they went out of their way to make things right with me, and I will definitely be giving them another chance next time around. My suggestion is if you're going to craigsmith, please make sure you talk to John Bird, or Kevin McCane when you go to buy a vehicle. They will treat you right, and do everything in their power to help you out.
