Do my laundry here every week always good experience but tonight I asked the lady if they was gonna stay open till 8 she says yes I come back at 746 and the doors are locked with my clothes in the dryer definitely wasn’t happy
Dirty over priced unkempt place.
Only one in this town so people are stuck using it which seems to be the theme in Kenton Ohio.
I tried to use this dryer and I was trying to put in $1.25 worth of quarters. I was able to put in $1 worth, put the temperature on high but it wouldn't start when I pushed the button. All it's doing is eating the time and nobodies here to give me my money back. I had to look and dig in my pockets and my purse and found my last dollar. I tried to call Crazy Bubbles LLC in bellefontaine but no answer. And nobodies in the salon either. Hopefully somebody will come around today so I can get my money back.
Insides of washers where soap goes could use a good cleaning. Otherwise this place is wonderful.
Removed all their conventional, economical washers, leaving just the smaller, more expensive industrial type washers
Came to wash some big comforters that wont fit in my home washing machine. Clean, and equipment works great!
Good clean place to go do laundry. I like the hours 7am to 8pm. Machines have been updated.
Gets better all the time, great place to wash my family's clothes and grab a little snack.
Since the new owners have taken over this facility has jumped leaps and bounds for the better. As someone who travels roughly 8 months a year this is easily one of the top 5 laundromats I have been to in the last 2 years in 3 different states.
My only criticism is the parking lot is still very rough. Though I imagine that will be taken care of in the future.
For those who are asking the hours are 7am to 8 pm with the last load at 7: 15 pm.
The dryers stunk when I went to put my freshly washed clothes in them. It seemed to take for ever to dry the 2 loads I took. I even put smaller amounts in the dryers so they would dry faster.
Seems like most of the machines are out of order, the change machine only accepts $1 bills, no employee on hand so no one answered the phone after 3 calls when I was trying to call ahead to ask if they had a drop off service (shocker, they don't) and overall just an unpleasant setting to be in. I will not be going back, this place is terrible
