Never apply for a personal loan here. They treat you like nothing more than a number not a real person. I have never missed a payment on any of my accounts, I have perfect history, no collection, no hard inquiries and they flat denied me.
Worst experience ever. I tried calling and speaking to the manager and she said “ sorry I have nothing to do with that “.

I can't say enough about the great attitude of Credit Union of Ohio, towards its customers. They helped me with a small loan when none of the banks would. If you want to be treated like a customer instead of a nuisance, join up. The banks will only lend you money if you can prove you don't need it. Credit Union of Ohio's staff are always very helpful and supportive and they don't make you feel like they are doing you a favor, which has been my experience with my old bank.

CUO was outstanding. They were all so friendly, helpful an wonderful especially Jen.they got me a loan to pay off all my credit cards, and then combined a personal loan that I had at an extremely high interest-rate, combined with the first. Now instead of having a bunch of different high interest rates. I have one low monthly payment with a low interest rate and I feel so light and so free. Thank you credit union of Ohio and especially Jen for everything an all your work. I appreciate you and all you've done.

I have always had pleasant, friendly and speedy interactions with every one at CUofOhio. Cindy has been my guru since I became a member. Everyone goes above and beyond to make the progress smooth and stress free. We had to get a quick loan and everything was completed in no time at all! I will, and have, recommended the credit union when asked. Thank you to ALL I have encountered!

I have done business with this credit union for over 15 years.they allowed a check that was writen incorrectly to clear my account an put my account in the negative $20,000. They never called me to question this check that was written incorrectly they sent me a letter! Then told me there was NOTHING they could do for me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They don't have their members backs an will not help protect your money! RUN do not let them have control of your banking!

I'm an Ohio State University student. I couldn't open an account cuZ I happen to live in a homeless shelter due to circumstances while relocating for school. Disheartening and discriminating to degrees, you should make it possible for everyone to get an account. Especially students I'd think
