4If I could give a zero I would Marvin is very rude and combative I'm glad we didn't get the place I can't just imagine what I would go through living there glad I saw who he really was before things were finalized. I couldn't even get a recipt for our application fee and holding monies!
Please don’t even try to live here. All they care is money! We had an agreement for a 3-bed apartment ($1275 security deposit), then the price went dramatically high ($1915) when I came to sign the contract. They took (actually stole) my application fee $100. I wish I had listened to my friends’ advice before I came here. The apartments look nice but the service is the worst.
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with management is horrible they don’t care about you or your kids all they care is collecting the money.the only nice person for on this company is Mr. Stewart the maintenance guy.
