2Management is unprofessional, and they target the people here that are not doing illegal things. It filled with nothing but Pit bulls. Just about everyone has one or more. It's ghetto, the staff and maintenance is Absolutely Pathetic they very unprofessional. It's filled with roaches and Rats, people smoke weed and drink in the hallway, on the elevator. At the 1300 side where I love they sit out in front of the entrance doors smoking weed drinking alcohol, smoking crack during office hours. It's truly a day breed of people here. The Director of CMHA doesn't care about her tenants it's also murder drug trafficking in all CMHA properties it's sad that low income people have to suffer because the Director of CMHA properties doesn't care at all. I was stabbed at one location by a crack and the director was supposed to move me for emergency purposes she avoided me and didn't care if I was safe. She wouldn't answer my calls and when she did she was rude very disrespectful. Didn't move me for 9 months only because I got the News involved. After moving me here she uses the Management and a tenant under me to harass me by blasting her music 24/7. Don't move in any CMHA PROPERTIES if you can help it.
It's disgusting. They do not maintain the apartments and the management is the worst
