Crestwood Ridge Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, Hillsboro OH

I was here on a professional aspect and there are few and far between facilities I've been to that have been so rude to me. I would like to remind anyone reading this in a healthcare capacity that what we do, in any degree, is for the patient and the patient only. There is nothing my team said or did that was deserving of the rude attitudes and demeaning tone. While contacting on the phone, the administrators were great despite a mistake that was made. But in person, their handling of a patient was poor and treatment of EMS team was uncalled for. Why they insisted on treating them like this doesn't make any sense. I can only imagine how the rest of the staff treat patients or to one another.proceed with caution here.

I would never redeem anyone to come to Crestwood ridge nursing or their families and loves ones, a night shift staff almost killed me when I was begging to go to hospital and I have proof, I finally did go hospital after 3 hours of suffering from chest pain and I have a pic line in my arm and a nurse that not a RN nurse tried to run my iv and she mess it up. Im in hospital again with blood clot in my lungs. Im getting released to another nursing home company to complete my IV antibiotics therapy. The hospital is taking my pic line out because of the damage and they are going to put a new pic line in another place on my body. I've been through so much pain and suffering because of a nurse mistake she made.

Very poor management. They cover up lies and make up new rules everyday screw over employees and threaten them with loosing there job if they dont do what they say make uo points that dont exist because they cant find anything else to get rid of you. Suspend you for no reason cause again cant find any reason to fire you tgen let you back but wont ket you puck up any shifts so youll just quit. Wont let you back on the property but fired you over points which is not a violent offense or threatning and wont tell you why your not aloud on the property. Threaten your job through text and never even met you and when you stand up for yourself and tell the person your taking the text to the administrater and discussing it she finds, a reason and makes up points to get you fired and not aloud on the property now so you cant even show the text to to the administrater now sneaky people. The nurses are awesome and the, aides kick butt they hold that place together and make sure the residents are, taken care of but management is, awful greg stout and brittany wallace.
