Love Cricket, been a customer since they were NewMy only Gripe?
The website always ends up locking me out then,
doesn't recognize me, so that I can view our account etc. I've reset in store before only for it to go sideways again after a couple of months. Even some of the employees are aware of it, but thus far nothing has changed.
Other than that, Excellent service, friendly informative staff and a pretty good selection of devices with accessories make Cricket a wise and frugal choice.

Becky did a great job helping me with my new phone. She is friendly and helpful. She needs a raise

Do you know, I like Cricket. I like the price point, I like my phone and today-when everything was going wrong-I very much appreciated Becky from store 286 and the two women she was training. While attempting to change my phone everything that could go wrong wrong and Becky was kindw enough to help me every step of the way without losing her patience. Excellent customer service.

The lady agent was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and very nice/pleasant to do business with. I am very happy with my experience switching to cricket.

RUDE. I was not happy with how I was talked to. I had the impression I was too much trouble to deal with. Mind you I was the only person there. And all I asked was too see the phones to upgrade. My spouse went in afew days ago and was treated the same. He wanted to check it out first before I went in. Nope, won't go there again as long as this lady is there for service.

Becky the store manager was so friendly and helpful. This is the best phone buying experience I have ever had!

I went in to try and get my husbands phone back on (the lady’s name is Becky) and while everything she said was right she was so hateful with what she was saying. She wouldn’t even pull the account up until I asked a couple times. And was mad in doing so

We went to the Amelia store to get a phone turned on as I just had my phone stolen over the weekend. Becky was there to help us and walk me through the whole process of turning this new phone on! She was very helpful and kind and I appreciated her courtesy! She was also the lady I spoke to when I was at the Beechmont store unable to get in and kept in contact with us untilSo we were told to go to the Amelia store! Anyhow I Had worked a very long day in a surgical center and was tired and ready to get home and she got me in and out of there fairly quickly because I’ve done this process before and usually it takes a lot longer! I am moving to a area where my old phone service didn't cover I called them make sure they was not closing early due to the holiday Constance was very helpful over the phone as well as as soon as I walked into the amelia ohio cricket store I was welcomed she had other customers at the same time but she never once ignored any of us she helped us all at the same time she is amazing very knowledgeable of product and helpful

I would recommend going in the evening. The service is better (Michelle). The evening staff are more friendly in my opinion. Also, they might not have the phone you want in stock. It's a clean store, however.

Becky, the Store Manager at this location is by far the friendliest employee I have ever dealt with. She'll definitely put a smile on your face! Thank you Becky for helping us with what we needed.

Becky at the Amelia store is amazing. Helped me (quickly) buy and set up a new phone for my husband for Father’s Day without him knowing. She’s the best. I also ask a million questions and she was not bothered one but. Answering every question with a smile. Thanks Becky!

I can't say enough about how great these ladies are that work in this store. I have brought my phone in when experiencing technical issues and they don't stop until they figure it out.especially Constance she's amazing! Nothing but good to say about them!

Don't go to this store. They can't help you with anything. Wexended up going to the Cricket Store on Beechmont. Very helpful and informative.
