A beautiful young lady made my day, simply by taking time for help w/ not only my phone, but my entire day. We DO need more like her in so many places of businesses.

I bought iPhone 13 pro max in middle of March, she said it is unlock phone and charge me 1270 $.
I changed service 3 weeks ago but phone not working, it is lock, I went to store to figure out this problem, they said no it is lock for 6 months, try to contact to 611 phone number, they said it is lock for 6 months and I have to wait.
It's bad experience,
Don't go to this store any more.

My boyfriend's phone quit working and Boost Mobile was closed, so he went to a cricket dealership and got a new phone. Apparently they were really nice and gave him a good deal.

My husband I have been with cricket for a few months now. The lady working there Crystal is very helpful and nice. Me and my husband went in to get some Info on switching our sons phone over on our plan.she answered all our questions and was very helpful. She's always so nice when we come In to pay our bill.

Switched over and Got a new phone. Loving the service and the rep there Crystal helped me transfer and set my phone up.

I got an upgrade today and Crystal was very helpful and took time to get my phone hooked up and discounts to save me money on my bill! And she helped me sign into my emails. Thanks crystal!

They didn't know any more than I did, just buy a new phone is their gig. First tried to say it was because of 4g and 5g. But 5g wasn't in Toledo she said. So why doesn't it work, it's 4g.duh. And we are in TOLEDO!

Chris who calls herself the manager of that store on Wednesday assaulted me. Cricket customer service 1800 number was on the line they heard the whole incedent on the phone. She advised me to call 911. When Chris heard that she went insane and shoved me. I now have a fractured hand and dislocated thumb. Will be following up with police.

Crystal helped me get my phone fixed when i wasn't getting my calls or texts. I'm an old man and it was very helpful of her to show me the proper way to use. She's very kind and helpful.

We've been using Cricket for 4+ years. After several years of getting what we considered exorbitant bills from (starts with a "V") we saw an ad by the V potentially lowering those bills. Decided to check it out. We left there angry, confused, befuddled and determined to look elsewhere because, in our opinion, the advertised pricing sure didn't jibe with what we were told our 'new, lower bill' would actually be.
Turned to Cricket & got 4 lines for less than 2 lines with (starts with a "V") including unlimited data.
Best decision we made for our cell phones. Great service and selection. We always get to speak with a human when we call and waits to speak are usually less than 4- 5 minutes.
In store service is great, too. Highly recommended.

Sorry I was making purchase at hott kixx and am very pleased with my kicks and just got S21 ultra at best buy, ain't had real phone plan in years, kinda nutty but I love cricket for great music and internet.
