Henry here I stopped out at cricket in Sidney Ohio on 1542 Michigan street Kamran.who was very nice helped me when no one else had what I was looking for and got me hooked up right away.
And the selection and cleanliness was impressive.
They really go out of their way for their customers stop in and switch you can even get a free phone e it's from Henry so you know if I'm happy you will be too thanks

I went in to cricket wireless to get a phone and a representative named William big heavy set guy was high as a kite, his eyes were super red and he smelled like weed, he was slurring his words and was trying to get me to buy a certain phone not a phone I was interested in

I switched to cricket last year and have had great service and the people that work at this location are great.

Best experience with the customer service in the shop all the members in the shop gives you the best advice and also best price for the product.

Visited December 7th 2020 Sidney oh. Austen c was the only person there.customer service is a joke. He was extremely rude. When I walked in I could strongly smell marijuana and then the guy appeared from the back room. In the 10 minutes I was there he threatened to “beat the brakes off of me” after he said that I better not steal a phone. Then he tried to sell me a 64 gig phone telling me it was a 128 because “it was resealed and we can’t open them until u pay” after I refused to buy it without guaranteeing it’s a 128 he got all hostile. He rang up an extra 9.99 on bill (which I didn’t buy anything) that the Lima store didn’t charge me when I went there instead. As I left he followed me out the door and threatened me again when I was getting in my car. This place is scamming money. Worst customer experience in my life.

Switched from Boost, I assumed that I wouldn’t be able to port my device because my line was suspended but the Rep Austen and William informed me it would work and it did, I was able to get a free phone that was valued over $200 plus a case and glass at a huge discount, they informed me about the True Unlimited Data plan with free GB hotspot, great customer service, friendly guys great smiles, store was very clean well lit smelled great

Rep did a great job. Very satisfied with his service.

These people are so pushy. They don't seem to want to help you they only want your money & as much as they can get

Came in and switched from Verizon was tired of the high phone bill, new rep Austen was very smart and knowledgeable he knew a lot was able to help me get a new phone for free for switching, case, tempered glass, and my bill is only $60 a month for unlimited everything, I don’t have to worry about any contracts or credit checks and I still get amazing 4g lte coverage at a great cost for myself I highly recommend to anyone looking to save money or to anyone wanting great service unlike boost or Verizon or any carrier! Can’t wait to continue doing business with cricket.

They have had difficulty attracting good employees and then keeping them. One guy helping me would go in the back to call his wife to help him with problems. I did not like that he often had my phone in his pants pocket and not in a bin. The service is inexpensive, but the service coverage does not include all of Sidney so once I'm past the BMV there is no signal in the Plum Ridge area: (and I'm disconnected while visiting family and friends.

Customer service is lacking. Dude didn't know what he was doing. Everytime he attempted to do something, he ducked down behind the counter. WHY?
