Excellent service at the Conneaut location! Gabriel did a great job helping us get 2 phones. Took maybe 20 minutes, Never got through anyplace else as fast!

This location has a very friendly staff. They are helpful and up front about pricing and add ons. No gimmicks here, unlike the location to the west.

I had a really great experience here. Trevor really helped me out with saving me money on my phone bill. The store was clean and he had an answer for all of my questions! Will be back for sure!

Very poor customer service. Went in with issue I had regarding a newly added line to my account, I could not send or receive texts. Was told that it's unusual and there is nothing that can be done.sorry. REALLY? I have been on the phone with customer service for the last three days trying to Simply cancel the newly activated line.they keep telling me I can't even do that because the number hasn't finished porting? So I'm continuing to be charged for service that does not even work! They keep telling me somebody will call me back to resolve the issue and they never do. I'm at my wits end. I've had cricket for a couple years now but after this I am done.

I'm not a fan of this store. Pushy salespeople, and when you try to do something as simple as pay the remaining balance on a bridge-pay you might as well be asking them for directions to Calgary. I was there for over 30 minutes to make a simple payment. Which is fine, if it wasn't Thursday morning in a snowstorm and I was the only person in the store.

They literally have about six phones out for sale, and the salesperson kept trying to sell me a phone I didn't like to replace my ancient Galaxy Amp Prime. I ended up walking out the door, going home, and ordering a new battery for my old phone on Amazon for $3.

I gave two stars because most of the people I've dealt with at this store are friendly, in spite of everything else. Drive the extra couple miles to Ashtabula or better yet, go to Erie if you can. Or just do everything online.

EDIT: I upgraded my phone at the Ashtabula store, to a phone I actually LIKE, within my price range at that. Instead of some junk Motorola that the salesperson in Conneaut tried to sell me because "she has the same phone and she likes it", and "that's all you're going to get for what you want to spend".

Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to obtain a phone from a store in another state. Just cause I didn't see any I liked.
