Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, Huber Heights OH

I've used cricket for years. Today I walked in to get an idea of what is available. They are now hiding phone prices so you can't see them have no information cards available and are making it as hard as possible to make an informed choice.

I went in because my phone was not making calls. The gentleman fixed my phone, but I wanted a new one so he got me into a nice new Samsung and transferred all of my information to my new phone. I highly recommend this location!

Tommy helped me figure out what I needed, he explained everything for me when I asked him about things! So glad I went through Tommy! Highly recommend!

Tommy was amazing in every way. He asked me to call Verizon Wireless Customer Service to get the Port Out Pin, and they wouldnt provide it so he helped me get my phone number switched to Cricket so I can get my new phone. He also answered all my questions about the Cricket Wireless Coverage around the Ohio area. I will definitely recommend Cricket Wireless to anyone.

Come to the huber heights store ask for Tommy he treats you like family. He did an awesome job with my husband. And coming back to get mine next week

WAAAAAY OVER PRICED! Save yourself a lot of money, and go see Sam at the Kettering location! Not good customer service either! Won't go back.

Tommy was very nice. I bought a phone for my son and he helped me pick out a nice one that wouldn’t be to big. He chatted away with me while he set everything up. Asked how old he was going. He put the effort in to get to know me. I really liked that he just didn’t sit in silence while he did what he had to do. Will recommend to everyone I know. I will go there for everything now. No help. No energy to help customers in this cricket. Went to the one in Fairborn. Beyond excellent service there
