Well I went to cricket Tammy was really a good help and a great customer service and everything so I just want you to give her some good feedback and tell her she's done a great job

This is not the first time ive had poor costumer service at this location. My mother upgraded her phone and was not advice cricket protect was attached! Costumer service is trash. 5 employees all of them speaking spanish and loud. All they care about is selling without caring what was best for her. Never coming back here again.didnt get greeted and the tall lady was more concern about her conversations with the kid. WHO ARE THEY HIRING? KIDS? Very unprofessional.

This use to be a good place to go but the people who now work there are terrible because they just don't care.

I really liked the service I received from the young man last Saturday he was very helpful and maintained everything under control while the store was busy so I really appreciate that, I like the way he actually converses with the customer and makes them feel comfortable and welcomed and as well as how he gets along with his coworkers, so I wanna give them five stars for the great work that they did that day and the way they treated me!

Employees are so nice and very professional, especially Tammy she is the best, all employees worked with each other to provide what I needed! Will be back thank you

Great experience. Workers greeted me with a big smile. I appreciated them being patient with me & helping out with the budget I had coming into the store!

I walked in to pay my bill and the girl that was working never greeted me. I stood for at least 10mins then I just left. She was speaking Spanish to another guy and never asked to help me. Terrible location

Cricket is a good place the clerks are nice they'll help you take care they take time they act like they care that's what I like I'll give them a thumbs up
