I just want to give a big kudos to Jessie! She is AMAZING and has went above and beyond for the last few weeks to assist myself and my son with some issues with his phone. Jessie is a rock star! Jessie needs to be higher up in the company because the amazing work she has done with us deserves to be rewarded!
