I was visiting from Atlanta and on my way to Michigan when I stopped at this location for a quick phone purchase for my fiancé.
The representative that assisted me was Carlos. He probably had me wait about 15 minutes and then I was done, literally it was in and out. He was very knowledgeable and also he had a great personality. I come from the South so I’m used to that southern charm and hospitality, Carlos clearly knew how to get the job done. I recommend this location if you want a genuine experience along with positive conversation. Thank You!

Walked in need of an affordable phone and plan and Carlos helped me out. Walked out with a new smart phone and I only have to pay $30/month for unlimited phone calls/texting. Carlos was very helpful!

Customer service is horrible. Had to make a second payment bc Crickets system said my payment didn’t go thru. But they have a $112 hold on my account. They spoke with my bank didn’t matter I had to make another payment. I borrow the $ and go to the store. I show Carlos the charge and he says yeah that will take a few days to drop. Then HE DOES NOT WAIVE THE $3.00 FEE! Sorry I switched.

The owner and staff are so awesome i left pcs because the customer service was horrible and basically would do nothing to accomadate over a year ago and it was the perfect decidion i am always treated 125% above and beyond at the cricket on warsaw
