Crimson Cup Coffee Shop reviews
30First time there, very busy place, friendly staff, speedy service, ordered latte and strawberry smoothie, both taste great, looking forward to return next time in Columbus.
Quick service, good cold beverages - if it is back on the menu (was in Mar 2021, but not Apr 2021), I would definitely recommend the malted cold brew, it's very unique, refreshing and a good treat without being crazy sweet.
This company really cares about feedback. They addressed an issue I experienced in their policy, and they called me to make sure my feedback was hear. Pretty great response by management to match the good coffee.
Pandemic and cold weather brings out the worst of this place. Luckily lot of great coffee places close by.
My drink was good but fairly heavy with dairy and sweetener, honestly. I struggled to find the undertones and whole flavor of my espresso as a result. I also found the scone to taste sort loveless and bland. I am not proud to admit I eat at Panera once in a while but even they have better scones, same with Starbucks. I think this place has lots of potential and deserves your business but I think and I hope they [should] change and tweak the menu just a tad. Anyhow I’ll try them again and maybe edit this review. It’s a fun place to sit and talk about life.
The best coffee in town, hands down. Their frozen drinks are my favorite. The employees are always friendly and helpful, too.
Crimson Cup is decent. They dont really do anything better than the other coffee shops you can find in Columbus, but you're still supporting a local business and it's probably going to be better than Starbucks.
We usually get bagged coffee from here to last us a few weeks - Armando's blend is the steady - but every time I get a latte it's always just right and clearly very good quality coffee, not like your *ahem* chain joints.
Cute coffee shop, great tasting coffee, I would skip the breakfast sandwich next time, they were nothing special, but the coffee is worth the stop!
I love this place so much. The service is very kind and top notch. There always happy to give you recommendations. There wayyy better than the 1st horrible experience I had with bruggers Begals this morning. Keep up the great work crimson cup! <3
Excellent coffee and service. The baristas are quite knowledgeable about the drinks they are serving and they make a mighty fine cup of coffee. I love being able to go to a good local coffee shop!
Baristas REALTR know coffee. The lattes are exceptional: great foam, great brew. It's an art and the art is known here. Love this!
Tons of premium coffee options. 3 nitro brews. Nice staff, small breakfast menu. Very nice place to have a cup, and catch up on work.
Absolutely love coming here.
Free wifi on site, patio open during spring and summers.
Aromatic coffee flavours.
Could be crowded!
Good coffee shop. Lots of options for brewing coffee. Coffee always has more flavor than over roasted Starbucks.
Great coffee and tea options. Good environment to meet for meetings and group assignments for students
Friendly staff and great coffee. Tad overpriced but you get some unique things you wouldn’t find other places
Great atmosphere. Barista wasn't overly friendly, but the guy who handed off the drink was nice.
This place is amazing. The baristas are always so caring and never hesitate to go out of their way for the customer. If you love great quality coffee and need a good atmosphere to study or work, then this is the place to be. I love the staff at the UA and Clintonvile locations. I am hoping to stop by the Tallmadge location as well️️️
Wonderful shop on the corner of a busy intersection with friendly, young, and personable staff. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, and the music is confortably low-volume at all times.
Only down side is being on that busy intersections corner. Traffic can be a bit noisy at times, and getting into the parking lot (suitably sized) can be troublesome.
