Needed to have a re-evaluation on termite damage to sell our home. Called and was scheduled within 5 days. Tim came out, was very professional and efficient. Was very nice when I had to move our dogs around so he could get to the back yard and waited patiently. Received the report within 72 or so hours and our home was sold within 2 days. Received a call from Aaron, following up with our appointment. Very pleasant and kind on the phone, will definitely use them again! (if need be)

Engineer was timely, provided great details and was friendly while onsite. Basement walls were significantly bowing. We received our report within 3 days which was detailed with great recommended and optional solutions in detail. Fee was very reasonable. Entire process was smooth and easy. We will use again!

Matt, the gentleman who came and performed my inspection was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain areas of concern he came across and possible solutions. The packet of information I received post my inspection was extremely helpful and letting me know which items were important to address, and the recommended timeline for getting them fixed. Adam Rich at Crierium-Liszkay was exceptional in his care and attention to detail in all the inspection work and recommendations. He wrote a remedy plan after inspection which became our plan for the construction company, keeping them in scope and to quality standard. Adam inspected during and after construction, evaluating their work and provided a punch list of items to fix.
