4 Sometimes I wonder why people list their business online and making their availability 24/7 when they don't have a professional curtesy of returning someone's phone call.
I am using the service of the Critter Guy and he responds the same day and came the next day. He is friendly, knowledgable, and dependable.

Took my $300 to take care of my gopher problem. Came out once to reset trap. Didn't come back, didn't answer texts or voice mails. This is not a real business. Matthew should be ashamed. They did eventually give me a refund, however.
