I love how the owner Jen holds my baby while I workout and how I feel like a team member while I try to figure out a workout routine since giving birth

This is a large facility that is very well equipped and clean. It has great, knowledgeable coaches who begin and end classes on time. The atmosphere is welcoming and family friendly. They offer many different times for classes throughout the day along with a kids class, an accelerate class, and a traditional CrossFit class on Saturdays. I would highly recommend!
