Crossgate Lanes, Blue Ash OH

Hey guys this is Conner James Fenton! And I always like doing my exercise for bowling because I that is one of my favorite exercises! And that's why I am coming to Crossgate Lanes for bowling for today with my dad for today! And I will see you guys soon! And all of you guys are my favorite people ever! And all of you guys are a Amazing friends ever and that's why I love Kathy there too! And I love all of you guys a lot!

The aim was just to have a date playing bowling, drinking and eating some fast food!

To my surprise, there were only two hotdog sausages left when I arrived, and remarkably, after more than an hour of play, there were two sausages again merrily circling the revolving oven wheel. Is it like how they are trying to be eco friendly?

The cost for an hour of bowling amounted to roughly $40+. We couldn't resist the temptation of adding some beer and snacks to our order. In total, we indulged in 2 hot dogs and 2 servings of nachos, making for a satisfying and fun dining experience. I wanted to add more hotdogs, but as I mentioned above, they had only 2. And they got 2 more only at the end of our play.

A group of 6 went to enjoy bowling together and due to the poor staff, rude and condescending 'customer service's our experience was ruined. When reaching out to the company simply for an apology none was given and it took weeks for any type of response. Will never be going back.

This Bowling Alley is real dark in the inside and the parking lot is not very nice at all and the Lanes are okay to bowl on. I bowled in a tournament there.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Worst place I ever been to and I'm never one to complain. First off the lady with short hair working gave us an attitude when we first got there. Than we had an issue not getting our other pizza that our group paid for than the group in the lane next to us started coming at us who wasn't even saying nothing to them whatsoever calling us names and trying to say they paid for our pizza instead of acting like decent human beings and talking they wanted to yell which led to a big argument btwn the 2 groups and when cops arrived our group was the one who had to leave. A place who allows all that to happen instead of owning up to their own actions and still kicks us out is never worth giving your business too! Don't ever waste your time or money on this place!

The owner and staff have really got a great thing going for them. I have been going here since I was a kid and have had nothing but amazing memories. They do a great job of keeping it clean, organized, and fun for ally Whether you go to bowl or just eat and hang with friends. There is always a great time in store for anyone. Finally after years of going here I decided to leave this review as a appreciation for everything Crossgate has done. Thank you.

Very nice bowling alley with up to date electronic scoreboards and such!
