5Listen to the reviews run don't use crossroads its not worth the gamble some have a had a good experience appears too many have not and we are one of them. Like others have stated no communication cant get a call back Everyone needs to stop with reviews and reach out to the state regulatory boards shame on them
I do not recommend this place at all. They had no idea what my dad was diagnosed with and what medication he was taking previously. Very disorganized. They sent my dad medication that was clearly stated in his chart that he is allergic to it and said well just give him some benadryl for the allergy. I could go on and on but I will just say learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.
I would've gave them no stars but i had to give them one star to write this review. They are the most unprofessional hospice company due to no communication, nurses neglecting to see the patient for example i called for the nurse to come see my mothers ear that was bleeding and no one had shown up or contacted me back. There is no sympathy within the care they're suppose to provide which goes to both the nurses and the aides. I would NEVER recommend this place to any patient.
Not all nurses and aides are wearing masks and gloves right now with their hospice patients. Not only are they exposing their clients to Covd-19 but also the other people in the home of their clients. They are also not disinfecting their equipment before and after each patient is seen.
Crossroads was absolutely wonderful with my grandfather. They stayed by our side during the most difficult time. Answered all our questions and made him very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to other people. Thank you so much crossroads!
