Simply had an excellent experience with Crown Mercedes! Melisa Greenberg was excellent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She found us the perfect GLS for our family! Melisa, as well as Craig Brooks in financial services, we both great through the whole process, and made it a very easy, simple and fast process. I live about 3 hours away from Crown, when I drove in to finish the process, Melisa had the GLS all detailed up and and ready to go, I did a few signatures with Craig, and they had me on my way in no time! I never had such a great car buying experience, including purchasing prior Mercedes' at other Mercedes dealers. I would definitely deal again with Crown Mercedes, and have a feeling I will be seeing Melisa again for future purchases.

My husband and I have purchased four cars from Melisa Greenberg over the last several years: a Honda Odyssey minivan which was perfect for road trips with our children when they were younger, a Mercedes-Benz R-Class (LOVE), aFord 150 Lariat truck with four doors (my husband’s top pick), and most recently, a Ford Explorer Platinum (nicest Explorer I’ve ever seen). Even though my husband and I live in Springboro, Ohio, we drive to Dublin when purchasing our vehicles. I am a 6th grade language arts teacher in Miamisburg, Ohio and my husband is in upper management in the chemical engineering field in Sidney, Ohio. He grew up on a farm in West Virginia, put himself through college, and now supervises three chemical labs globally (Director of Systems Engineering). He is the hardest-working person I know besides Melisa. Her work ethic and unparalleled customer services is what drew us to her and what will keep us coming back. Our daughter will be driving in the next year and Melisa is already researching the perfect car for her. My parents recently purchased a Buick Enclave from Melisa. My 73-year-old father is a retired General Motors employee and Navy veteran and my mother is 70-years-young and continues to work two days a week as a cosmotologist. They are in love with their new vehicle and I personally feel relieved knowing that it is a safe and reliable car for them. My dad greatly benefits from the lane assist feature and rear-view camea at his age and my mother loves the comfort and space. It is easy for my dad to get in & out after his knee replacement & continued mobility issues. Melisa thought of every detail!

Buyer Beware. First off, I'll say that once you even test drive a Mercedes you'll see that they are one of the ultimate driving machines.the most solid and luxurious vehicles to own. I bought a used Mercedes from Crown in December 2020. Everything was ultra smooth and great attention given to the purchase. A couple days after the purchase I had a check engine light come on which was puzzling. I don't know about you but I sure don't want a used car I purchased to have a check engine light! I contacted the salesman and dealer and they said they would take a look at it I would just need to drop by. I did, and they pulled some codes from the engine and then I was told that they would be in touch and they "would not turn their back on me. " Well it's now the end of February and I've messaged twice and am not getting a response. I'm assuming they are betting on the fact I will just ignore the light just like a previous high volume "dealing" dealer did on my last vehicle purchase. Mercedes truly are one of the very best cars out there.but beware of problems you may have from this dealership.

Had a very good experience here with our salesman, Cory Gasparro. The only issues I had were (1) that it was sometimes hard to gets hold of Cory or get responses from him - but not sure if that was an issue with the phone system? At any rate, when I spoke with him he was great and very attentive. And (2) processing the sale took WAY longer than I was told. I was told it would take an hour (I was skeptical of that anyways) but it took 3.5 hours. But on the whole, Cory was great and the overall experience was great. We will definitely return the next time we are in the market for a new car.

I sold my car here on Christmas Eve. Though it was a holiday, Tim Tassell was still able to get it done. He was really helpful. Definitely recommended.
