We Found out the hard way.
We were very impressed with the care my father received during his Rehabilition stay. The compassionate staff enabled him to recover much quicker than we anticipated. We would recommend this rehab facility to all
My mother received excellent care at Crown Pointe. Administration and staff are friendly and approachable and it is obvious they care deeply for the residents and their families. My mother was always treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. The nursing staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The facility is nice, clean, secure, and well maintained. It was a relief to know my mom was well cared for when I wasn’t there. As a registered nurse who expects a very high level of care I was extremely satisfied with the care my mom received.
The facility just got a renovation and it looks beautiful! They have had a lot of recent changes in their management team and you can see how much the new team cares for the residents!
If you enjoy residents abusing you, management be littling you and ignoring/ covering up abuse. You should def. Work here. Also if you enjoy the facility paying you less than minimum wage to have over 16 residents, you should def. Work here. This facility is great at being fake and lying. -from a past work. 10/10 don't recomend
