Scammers. They will take your application fee knowing they’ve already promised the property to another applicant.

Very helpful, always shows up for appointments, and don't rush you through viewing available units.

Paid previous owner $500 deposit for my dog. Crpm (new owners) found a way to keep all my money $250 registration fee & 50 a month for the dog
Raised the rent of course!
Also added $25 for water bill

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT RENT ANYTHING THROUGH THEM They only like to communicate when it comes to money and not ANYTHING ELSE! Everything that was broken when I moved in never got fixed and I’ve been here 3 years. The property looked like it was never professionally cleaned after the last tenant. They failed to tell me that I was responsible for cutting 2 yards til 1 year after I already lived there.
Totally not worth the headache or money. Property is old looking and needs to be remodeled asap!

They bought our appartment 15 minutes out from their business place and force us to drive out regularly to give them paperwork since they don't like digital records. Very poor business practice

I moved into my apartment several months ago, during which time it was owned by another property management company. The previous tenant actually died in my unit, and I was the one who cleaned up everything afterwards (I mean EVERYTHING - it was filthy), on top of painting the apartment myself.

Since CRPM acquired the property, I've had to contact them over and over for simple maintenance requests. I was assaulted in my building in November, and afterward I asked that my burned-out hall light be replaced for my own safety and peace of mind, just so I could use my door's peephole. It took them until the end of February to take care of this request, and I had to contact them about it on four separate occasions.

This week I was blindsided by a random notice that my rent will be increased by 70%. No explanations, nothing. I have less than a month to find somewhere else to live. I haven't even been in my home for six months, and now CRPM will be profiting off of the hard work I've done to make this place livable.

This company takes advantage of vulnerable people and I would not recommend doing business with them.

How come there is no sporadic? Everyone run quickly, this is a company that specializes in scamming money. As soon as you pay the application fee, they will say that they were grouped away by someone else first and will not refund your application fee. Even though their house is still showing available on line. So this company is a company that specializes in scamming application fees. Everyone run.

They don't answer calls, nor do they return calls, They R rude & disrespectful, not very business like at all nor R they professional like, Wouldn't recommend 2 No-One looking 4 a home, Remax gets my business with 5 stars!

CRPM has always been respectful to me AND they have always worked with me. I definitely would recommend!

My wife and I were looking to rent a home that was being handled by this company. They took en entire week to respond with what could have taken 5 seconds to say through text, email, a phone call, literally anything. Not to mention didn't answer countless calls, or return any voicemails. These people are garbage, avoid anything involving them like your life depends on it. If you need help renting out a house, or getting a house to rent, literally anyone else will do 10000% better than these bums.

This property management lied and took my money. Katie and Jacki both lied and acted like I had the house. I sent all paperwork and payed the application fee. Their very unprofessional. I’d suggest no one to do business with them. CRPM is making money off of customers application fees. Your gonna regret it just like myself and the other people who’s upset. I’m very upset
