Place great staff very helpful and the phlebotomist Genna is funny but still professional and fast and a great worker!

Upon entering the place was very nice and the staff were as well, but after three hours of the new donor to-do list, i finally reached my physical and got told i was “too mentally unstable” to donate.this was due to some old self harm scars.i explained that i was able to donate at a different center, and that i was in fact completely fine.instead i was told that it was concerning i wasn’t seeing a doctor and that i needed to be treated immediately and receive medication.so overall i ended up wasting time and money and got told i was too messed up to donate plasma.very sad

If you like CSL… go to the Parma Heights location, not west 25th! They are clean, quick and incredibly friendly! Its a whole other world over there!

I've been here 7 times before, not until today did I have a bad experience. Carmen was very rude to me. I will find another place to donate after today.

They don't clean this place! How can we be comfortable that we're not going to catch something in this building? Friday someone threw up in the bathroom and today it was still there and the smell when you open the bathroom door is so bad.

Ridiculous that I couldn't donate because I don't have a permanent address, meaning I'm homeless. I'm in good health!

Good, but long. Call up if you're unsure what to bring first time. Pro tip, something with proof of social security number is required. There were a couple of computers that were acting up and some information is presented to yop, u 4 times in first visit. The staff was nice and my phlebotomist had no trouble finding my vein.

I've read sum of the reviews.so to each it's own.that being said.i haven't had any bad experience in the few visits I've had there.the staff nice.they took the time to explain things that i may not have understood.they even engage in friendly banter while I was donating.i can only speak for my own experience.and it's only been pleasant and friendly each time I've been there.

This place is weird I got deferred for lifetime because of a tattoo that was old and I read and misunderstood what the questions was asking about tattoos I told the truth on the paper and I was deferred for life now I can't help people that's in need I think it's real messed up and the people talk to you like you trash and when you stand up for yourself you will be deferred.

Very friendly professional staff. They make sure your visit is pleasant and comfortable. The staff checks on you and makes sure you are safe and secure! They smile and are constantly making you feel important. I rate them the best in Cleveland, keep up the great work! May God bless the staff at CSL west 25th street,

They need more staff it moves extra slow stood 8n line over an hour sad see why they lose donors!

I love most of the staff (long term employees) my only issues some of the people that do the vitals are unfriendly & simple minded.keep in mind you are the interface of the business reconsider a different field of work.

Let me start by saying the employees and building itself seemed to be highly qualified to take blood. The reason I say this is due to the cleanliness both inside and out of the facility. Even though the attendant at the counter did not seem qualified to be a secretary or hold that of a registry's position. With that being said, I feel as though 4 hours for your first time visit maybe a little unnecessary on admissions. However, the facility seemed busy. While the uniforms of which each worker wore were nicely pressed and looked to be well up-kept.

The staff is so kind. There's always someone at the front desk. They make you feel welcome, and they don't mind if you don't have everything you need the first time.
