CSL Plasma, Akron OH

I'm so sick of coming to this plasma center and dealing with these rude LAZY WORKERS. When I say LAZY I MEAN THAT FROM THE PIT OF MY SOUL. It takes to long for them to even pull you to a bay and 9/10 some of the workers always miss veins and jams needles in your arm. I do tired of coming to this place and watch the workers in the bays laugh and giggle and not work while we wait for them to finish talking for them to even pull you to a bay. It's so sad how many times I came here and majority of the bays are empty but yet the lines are long as hell. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy, it's just that bad. On top of being short staffed this place needs better management

They were Quick, efficient, and super polite I walked in and was greeted politely, within minutes I was watching the onboarding video, every staff member I encountered, was well mannered friendly and very helpful, and it's not as understaffed as most the plasma centers around here.

The staff is great. Been going there a while and when it's crowded they get you in and out fast

Great environment, safe, very clean and sanitized. Organized and give great assistance in your donations. ALL the workers are very professional and courteous to others as well as the donors. I recommend coming here to donate, they offer better benefits of donating. Refer friends/family with a code and get extra $$ for the both of you.

Why is this place closed new years eve morning. If you donate Friday good luck with working and getting it done. Guess they're all lushes in the front office and need to day drink

The manager Joe is the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I've ever met in a medical setting. Zero empathy and people skills. He's a real scum bag who legitimately gets joy out of upsetting others.

Positive experience, staff was polite and Bobby was informative about everything I needed to know. Successful donation to help a amazing cause.

I've been going there for years and left only to return. Take it for what it's worth

The first few pays were good then they dropped it some of the staff is nice some just jam the needle in your arm

How are you going to have employees not paying attention to someone while you're sticking them and then tell the person because you guys messed up that they are deferred for 8 weeks? What a joke

After the first 3 donation don't go back because they start giving you $47 not worth it

To the whom it may concern mind your own business. I wasn't able to able to donate because of such. Maybe have an actual rule that applies to certain people.

The staff is extremely rude, they are not nice people at all.its dirty as hell in there.it is not a place you want to go

Horrible. Lazy screeners avoid their job. And they take forever to get u in due to the constant new people being shoved in front. C'mon man 5 new people before you move the line? Get w it?

This is the best place to donate plasma in Akron by far. The staff is professional and I go here and donate when I need some extra cash.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Extremely fast service. They get you in and out as fast as they can.

Waste of your time trying to donate here go somewhere else this was the 3rd waste of my time and plus dont pay their bonuses
