Terrible, hours say they open at 5, the gate is never opened on time, always closer to 6 so drivers just wait. No one wants to help, few decent switchers and everyone else is just waiting on a stupid reason to just ban you from here.

The staff is very very rude specially morning shift they act like they own csxt! They don’t treat you like a human! They need to get educated how to talk to people! If I can give below 0 I would! Avoid this place at any cost! Specifically amazon containers! They said they don’t wanna deal with Amazon but they have too unfortunately!

There is a guy with a military haircut that thinks he owns the whole entire company talking to people with attitud not knowing that hes just another employee like the drivers that go and ask for information at drivers assistance YOU CAN BE REPLACEABLE BUDDY (no disrespect to any of our soldiers)
