Sean was very helpful and answered all of my questions questions. First time renter for university student and shared space with two other families. Went great. Stuff in tact and building easy to navigate.

Customer service was excellent. Facility was very clean and easy to access. Location was perfect for us.

The units were clean and the employees were professional. We had one problem and the manager went above and beyond to correct it to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

No fuss, friendly manager. Improvements to the building for security and quality of life made you feel like they cared about your stuff instead of just letting things sit in disrepair.

Quick process with getting the reservation and account step, only hiccup I ran into was do to mobile Microsoft Edge auto filling the wrong details for my lease and account edge auto fill all my old landlords information like email address and phone number causing my account to send information to the wrong person and not able to create my account right away. The customer service reps were excellent in helping me get the matter correct quickly.

The roll up doors to the exterior have been broken for months so the place is not secure even at night. Many of the storage units have water leaking into them including mine and has for over a year. Told the people that work there and all they said was yeah that's been going on a while. Came in today to access my space and there is a homeless guy that appears like he lives In his car, parked in the open garage bay with music blaring. Very poorly run. If you want a secure and dry place to keep your belongings, this is not it.

Simple process from start to finish, as I used this facility to store my belongings for 6 months.
I was happy to see the outside light being fixed promptly, although I felt mostly comfortable when visting this facility alone. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

The front desk personnel Shawn was very kind and goes above and beyond to help in any way that he can. He seems to take great pride in his work.

The manager was interested in what I was looking for and asked me the right questions to get the best option I needed right now.

Polite property managers that really tried to fix things when issues happened expeditiously.

Shawn (the general manager) at the Dellway St.location was FANTASTIC! He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, informative, & just an overall pleasure to work with (especially since this was my 1st experience with having to rent a storage unit).

Manager Shaun was very kind and accommodating. Very patient with questions for my first time renting unit.

The reason for my rating is because I got a storage unit and my apartment came through I had reserved a unit I didn't need it they gave me my money back with no problem

Nice people staff this location. Clean, secure and convenient to downtown Cincinnati and northeast suburbs.

The process was easy and all my things were in tact and in the same condition as move in day.
