BAD. ORDER CAME TO $9.13 I GAVE HER 20.15 AND $1. COUPON SHE GAVE ME BACK $10 BILL. NOPE NOT RIGHT. WHY? GOT FOOD FRIES COLD. BURGER HAD NOTHING ON IT EVEN THO I ORDERED MUSHROOMS SWISS AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME DIET SODA I ORDER GAVE ME REGULAR. SO NICE I JUST WASTED $10 BUCKS I DIDN'T REALLY HAVE. THANKS FOR NOTHING. STAY A WAY FROM THIS PLACE THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I'VE TRIED TO EAT THERE. NO MORE FOR ME.

Was good clean establishment, but when you request ketchup to be put on my tray and don't get it, kids these day's don't listen dispenser is shut down. I might as well be talking to myself.

Tasty food, little overvalued for fast food equivalence. Soft toasted buns, good beef and bacon, classic crinkle cut fries, amazing custard ice cream. This location was clean and about average for friendliness of their staff.

Messed up my sandwich 2 different times took 20 minutes just to get the correct sandwich and the lady that brought out my food the first 2 times was really rude

We shared a cod and a walleye sandwich, half and half. They were both awesome! No need for fries or onion rings, as the sandwiches were large enough for each of our appetites. We'll definitely go back to Culver's, but the one closer to us in Avon, Ohio.

Best fast food place in town. Colby jack pub burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. My son also likes the food, it's his favorite place right now. It's counter service and then they bring the food out to you when it's ready. I hate dealing with waitresses, so this is a huge bonus. I don't need some lady serving me like she's my personal servant and I'd prefer to just grab my own drink, so I prefer this style but unfortunately for me most places with decent food have waitresses, and Culver's is pretty good. The only problem is their mascot, Scoopy, which my 10 year old son calls a "cringe fest". I

Well all in all this place has many more options compared to most fast food joints.a bit more pricey but worth it if u stick to the burgers and shakes.the fries are remind me of ur typical childhood fries but the cheese curds are amazing.

Food was very good! Cheese curds rock! Thought prices were a tad high, but my family enjoyed the burgers, curds and onion rings.

Got my order wrong they forgot one of my drinks, they forgot one of my fries, they forgot the ketchup, they forgot napkins, they gave me a single burger instead of the double burger that I ordered. They looked at my receipt and told me that I had been charged for a single burger I pointed out that I ordered a double burger and that my car dash cam recorded me ordering that they then begrudgingly made me my double burger. I understand sometimes mistakes are made and the food quality was fine but making me come inside to fix an order that was messed up through the drive-thru is frustrating to say the least.

Went through the drive thru, girl taking order was talking so fast, I told her I can't understand what she's saying, then she got sarcastic and said it again. Not to friendly at the window either. My 2nd time being there and maybe my last.

Burger was really good and I am definitely not a burger person either. Cheese curds were great I will definitely come back.

Staff was very friendly and inviting. Restarant was super clean and very nicely decorated. I love all the options on the menu, food was delicious, hot, and made to order. Will definitely return.

This was my first visit and I definitely think I will be back! The service was fast, attentive, and fun! Cozy clean atmosphere with a great selection for a quick bite to eat for you and the whole family. I ordered the double mushroom burger and it was nicely seasoned and really good! A much better quality than what you would get at Steak N Shake. The restaurant's in this area can be hit or miss so for me this was a gem!

I like my burgers how I like my women fat and buttery. This place is dope and a great addition to the Sandusky Ohio area.

The burgers are SO delicious! We enjoyed the Midnight Toffee custard today. We stop in Culver's every time we get a chance. Sadly we don't have one near us so it's every couple of months, not often enough.

Fantastic food a d great staff. We haven't had Culver's in years since we moved back to OH from MN. I'm so glad we have one now!

Good food. I like the thin burgers, nice flavor and caramelization in the crust. If you want more burger. Get a DOUBLE. Root Beer was good as well as the Custard.

We went when it was slow. But very nice and fast service. And checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Would definitely go back. Never been there before today.

The food was actually very good. You order oh, and they bring the food out to you. The only complaint I have is that the little paper trays are a little bit small to fit a hamburger and fries in.

Great burgers! Everything was great. Cheese curds were great! What more can I say was like old time burger made to order.
