Cummins Facility Services, Marion OH

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time applying to work for this company. They put you through 2 "interviews" then they wanna do a background check. All that just to procrastinate for a week (checked on my app multiple times) and you get a TEXT saying they selected someone else. What a waste of time. And the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had.

Vivian Leonard-Akers responds quickly to requests and takes action when necessary regarding any issues. The main cleaner "Ken" does an awesome job and will assist in any way possible!

I have been working with this company since February 13,2023. It was a great company to be with that the beginning, then I just put my 2 weeks in with them, then the coworker I was working with started to harass, be disrespectful, to me. I don’t work around people that are disrespectful or harassing me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I will never work for this company again after I was treated.

I worked here and I really enjoyed the job. I was out a lot sick cause of Covid, Flu, Bronchitis, and pneumonia. When you work and clean were people have been sick there is a chance you will
Catch something. But I always had a doctor excuse for all the days that I was out. I was told to sign a paper that the next time I missed I was terminated. Nikki came in Dec. 15 and told me I was terminated for my absentees. So I feel like I was double punished. The Supervisor talked down to people and used bad language a lot, she played a voice mail I left on her phone and she let people that was not Cummings employees listen, and she made fun of it. I have had a lot of employees tell me they would go back if the supervisor was gone and Billy was over it. I am not a person that complains a lot. But I stayed so upset working this job cause of the supervisor. I pray God blesses your business. I enjoyed working for your company, and the clients. I keep putting off posting this. But the more people would call and text me and tell me what was going on. I thought I should post this.

Just recently had an interview and had the opportunity to join the Cummins Facility team. What I've really liked and says Alot about this team as a whole while I was fighting off COVID when the reached out to me they didn't let that deter or affect my hiring status been very very patient getting me well and then getting in there prioritizing my health first. Thank you Cummins looking forward to a long lasting employer employee relationship
