Custom Storage Solutions (Mariel and Ben) made creating our new closet fun! We could see examples at their store that really assisted us in the design; and the design was specific to our space and needs. Brandon and Corey installed the new closet - they were on time; excellent communicators; asked questions when appropriate; provided protection for our carpet and living area; and cleaned up after the installation. The professionalism and genuineness was outstanding with all the Custom Storage Solutions personnel. We would highly recommend this company and these people!

I had a garage that was a mess with no storage space I called Custom Storage Solutions and they "Pimped Out my Garage " I had wire closet hangers in my closet now I have a "Gentleman's closet " where there is a place for everything.

Mariel and her team were incredibly professional, detailed, and honest. She was upfront with the price, the timing in which the project would be completed and then executed on her commitment. From start to finish every one was super helpful. I love how they designed it and I could tweak the way that worked best for my family. Installation looks perfect, no messes left behind. We recently moved to a new home that had some storage issues. First, we actually got to speak to someone, second the owner came out to our house to look at what our needs were, took measurements and talked to us about solutions. She gave us a timeline for getting back to us and we went over everything and decided to do 2 of the 4 jobs we have now. (Custom storage in our garage, sorry bad lighting for the picture & a closet in a bedroom that we’re using as a craft room right now). They were a wonderful company to work with from the owner to the installers. They custom designed our areas for us and we are to pleased with the finished products. Five star!

Really great experience! We still need to paint our walls where we did some patching (I didn’t realize we needed to do that, know every installer is different but didn’t think about it) or I would post a photo, but will upload one when that’s done. The quality of the closets are nice, I’m pleased with how the design turned out and am excited to use it soon. We choose a more middle of the road closet style since this is not our forever home. I know some people probably think it’s pricey, but truly that’s the cost of doing business these days especially anything in the residential contractor space. There are definitely more expensive and cheaper options out there, but the quality of what we got is far greater than the cheaper options. As a note, this company definitely does offer the more high end finishes as well—it all depends on what your budget is for your project. I would definitely use this company again. The installers were very polite and cleaned up nicely as well. Definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for custom closets in the Toledo area.

Custom storage solutions built a beautiful custom closet for us. After we contacted them about our interest, they came over within a couple of days to measure the space and had three layouts for us to choose from from within the week!
After presenting the layouts, they worked with me to pick the right finishes and accessories for my budget and style.
The installation was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe, and the installer was professional and polite!
I will be using this company again and Highly recommend them!

They helped me design the closets for our new home. The process was wonderful. They came to our home to take measurements, showed me the products in their showroom, created a design, and then worked with us to ensure our storage needs were met. Our closets are beautiful. The installation process went great. Very professional, quality product— would definitely recommend!

Had a dormer shaped closet that needed selves. They came up with a great design for a good price. They were on time with installation and the finished product is beautiful!
