Cutting Edge Countertops, Perrysburg OH

I have used Cutting edge at both of my homes. The whole plan was seamless & they are on schedule & the outcome is excellent. Anna & Alex were awesome to work with! The other workers were as well but I did not know the names.
I had a delay on my end & they were very accommodating working with my schedule. Due to the set back on my end I had to communicate rescheduling with. & had questions specifically for the scheduler.
The only feedback I have is that I would personally prefer the scheduler to return my call and or speak to me directly when I was at the shop. She had her assistant running back & forth several times instead of speaking to me directly cuz the receptionist couldn’t answer the questions I had I think that’s important to the customers. Also an 24-48 return call policy should be reasonable.
Overall an excellent job & the countertops are all beautifully installed& they wore booties & cleaned up very nicely after the job was done.

Cutting edge was just what we needed when our countertop order fell thru with Menards. We have an older home and they were able to make the special cuts we needed for a perfect fit. We are so pleased with the service and the beautiful countertops. Highly recommend!

Definitely go with another company. Cutting Edge wanted to do cheap work. If you are going to pay good money for quality countertops in your home you want it done correctly. Cutting Edge wanted to place a seam in the middle of the countertop right in a main work area. We asked for them to not have a seam or to move it. They made multiple excuses about the seam and why they had to have it, including that the run was too long or that it wasn’t safe for their installers to put in or that it was closed on three sides (the third side being a fridge with a wood panel that slides right out for full access). We spoke to multiple other companies and every one said it was no problem and there was no need for a seam whatsoever. We ended up with a refund and starting the process over with another company who is much faster and able to do one full piece of granite without seaming the countertops together.

Lindsie and the Crews did an ahhmazing job with our countertop. We have never had such great service, communication and product from any other contract company. So thankful that The Home Depot (Alexis Rd) utilizes them for their installations. Again, THANK YOU to the Cutting Edge Team in Perrysburg!

We had an amazing experience with Cutting Edge. They honored our original quote (delay in build). The sales staff was great with communication. During install we did have a small issue with the one counter and they came right out to get counter and had it fixed and reinstalled super fast. No hassle. We would highly recommend them.

Our new granite countertops were installed this morning by the team of Brandon, Tommy, and Tyler. They were fabulous! Explained every step of what they were doing and made sure we were happy with their work before they left! We had a small issue with a dented sink which they quickly and professionally made right. I would definitely recommend this team for any job!

I’m sorry these guys are terrible and would advise all avoid at all costs, the installers are straight hot garbage. They scheduled a install and mismeasured the first piece around the door and needed a second cut install. I didn’t want my door trim cut and this is what I came home too, let me ask anyone reading this, would you pay thousands for a finish like this (pic attached) ? I could have had a better astectic with laminate than what they delivered. The seam they made for the sink is pathetic and noticeable from the front door in a open concept living area. Again all fellow contractors and DIYers AVOID THIS PLACE, they will leave you a mess install and expect you to clean their hot garbage install up.

UPDATE: yes thanks for the reply and thanks to you guys not able to complete a simple install I won’t have a kitchen sink for the holidays, since it’s still not completed decently.so I appreciate that and setting my remod back over 3weeks, again thanks. This job is so poorly done I would advise anyone thinking of going with these guys, DO NOT pay them a cent upfront and only at the end when you are satisfied with the end product. Learn from my mistake because now I have to take them to small claims and sue them (and lowes, job through 3rd party) so I can get my money back just to end up going with another company… setting me back months now. All for again, a simple job. Thanks again, I really appreciate your lack of skill and craftsmanship.

We were very pleased with Cutting Edge Countertops. They took the time with installation and made sure we were pleased with everything before they left. The crew of Ethan, Jared, and Josh is HIGHLY recommended. A+ Work!

We actually purchased our quartz from Home Depot which then subs it out to Cutting Edge to fabricate. The gap in accountability and ownership is large. Not only were we given the wrong dimension for our island, the subsequent delays, total lack of communication, lack of knowledge and process made this whole experience the worst part of renovating our kitchen - the worst part. We were ready for counter tops on 11.7.22. As of 12.19, we still do not have an install date.

Take it from me, no matter what you save by using a big box store, it is not worth it. Go direct with an expert who will be with you through the whole process and you'll save yourself a ton of time and heart ache. We should have used European Cabinets (who also did our cabinets) and none of the delays or challenges would have happened. To be fair, going direct with them may eliminate some of the challenges we had, but our experience has been horrible. Buyer beware.

Cutting Edge of Perrysburg did a phenomenal job. We made our first order that went perfect! Then had an island made in which we just needed a smaller counter top made, well after the first install. Not only did they do that for us (which I am sure was not cost effective) but they also were willing to make a trivet out of the same material! Thanks Cutting Edge for working with us!

Brandon Cruz and Tommy installed our quartz countertops. They were prompt and professional, and our countertops are beautiful. We were also very pleased with the work of the representatives who measured for the installation. Highly recommend.
