Waited as instructed for a Covid-19 test, and was never contacted. Now will most likely miss my flight, thanks CVS!

The Minute Clinic refused to do my Covid-19 test because I do not have a CAR.
On the phone somebody suggested I should take a ride with somebody (? !). In person they simply said it is not possible to get tested without a car (even though they first made me wait in the drive thru line for my scheduled appointment).

Pharmacy staff do not know what they are doing I have had to go four days without a much need
Drug all because they were running it through wrong. Staff is rude. They are literly putting people's lives at risk. I will not be using CVS

I made an appointment online for a covid-19 test in Minute Clinic here. When I arrived, they were telling me their Minute Clinic doesn't provide such a service. What a joke! Why don't they write details out on their website to avoid misunderstandings. Then they ask me to do a CVS pharmacy drive-thru testing. After these, I was apparently late for my appointment. When I was saying "I am going to book a Uber driver to take the test, but I am late, is it OK? They just kept repeating I have to be in a car and shaking their heads. They don't listen, they don't care, they are low-level pharmacists. No doubt, American people suffer from the pandemic so long because of these irresponsible health workers in charge. Shame on this institution.

I don't think they give reliable COVID testing. Most places have you place the swab at least 5 inches up your nose rather than two. I'm not sure about the process here of holding it in your nose two inches. I'm concerned about the results for me and other people.

This CVS has horrible customer service. I bought some eyeshadow and it rang up wrong and the guy ringing me up was a mngr, when I told him it was wrong he literally screamed for some girl working in a back isle to do a price check and then he stormed off. When the girl came up to say it was what I said it was she was confused as to why he just left a line of people waiting to be rung up and jumped on register herself while apologizing to everyone. Never going back. Walgreens is right across to street and iv always had great customer service there.

The pharmacist is VERY rude. You should read all of these reviews before deciding to use this pharmacy. I'm probably going to be using walgreens after today. They apparently cancelled my prescription without my knowledge or consent, stating I needed another order from my doctor, which was completely incorrect. After trying to speak with the pharmacist and being put on hold for awhile, I had to call back because I thought they had forgotten about me. Turns out they didn't, but after he told me the information I needed, the pharmacist hung up on me. Really unprofessional and rude.

As a prescriber, I am very disappointed in this pharmacy. A client of mine was treated extremely poorly by the pharmacist when she went to fill a prescription with them. She was almost in tears when she called to ask me where else she could fill her medications- I pointed her towards Walgreens. The same pharmacist called my office and was just downright nasty to my receptionist. Don't waste your hard earned money at a pharmacy with atrocious communication "skills". Walgreens is close by, and they have always been positive and cheerful.

Brett in the pharmacy needs to work on his customer service skills. I understand he’s probably jaded and doesn’t like his job, but I don’t appreciate being made to feel stupid because of a lack of communication between my insurance provider and this pharmacy when all I’m trying to do is have my meds filled.

The pharmacist was short and very rude. For no reason. As soon as he picked up the phone he was angry. Bad customer service unfortunately.

Used to be an OK location. My latest trip to get a prescription filled was estimated for 3 hours. When I came back 3 hours, 20 minutes later, it was still in the in box, and they said another half hour. The medicine was literally something in a box, prepackaged. All they had to do was put it in a bag and hand it to me. 4 hours to do that. Maybe time to look elsewhere.

I have been on hold with this CVS for a total of 60 minutes today. My dentist called in a prescription for me, and 3 hours later I called to see if it was ready, but they had not even checked their voicemail to retrieve the prescription yet. It is standard for pharmacies to check their voicemails every hour. The last time I visited this pharmacy, they had me walk back and forth to different pharmacy counters 3 times to get my new insurance information updated and to pick up a prescription that had already been filled. Each time they sent me to a different counter I waited in line. The entire process took over 30 minutes, just to update my insurance and pick up an already filled prescription. If you live in this area, and you have to use CVS for your insurance like I do, I highly suggest switching to the CVS inside Target. This location obviously has some operational issues to work out

I have a gnarly cold and had to find a place open after work (after 11 pm). This place was the only option. I got cold medicine there. I think it works. Totally serviceable.

The staff is very nice, overall really clean and quick service. The parking lots can get busy during dinner time because of the shared parking lot with a restaurant.

This CVS is probably my favorite, compared to others in Columbus. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The staff seem to be knowledgeable about the merchandise they carry & if one person doesn't know, they will quickly get someone else to help you. The pharmacy staff are very helpful & friendly too. There is a drive through window to pic-up your precriptions at.making it much better in bad weather! The store is clean & has just about anything you could ever need.

Prices were mislabeled and hard to tell what was what. The store manager didn't seem to care at all or even acknowledge the price of the item I wanted was not what the sign said. Never going back, Walgreens is right across the street and has a lot better customer service.
