CVS, Union OH

The new manager is incredibly unprofessional. She tried to have a family member of mine trespassed by the manager, which the cops did not follow through with because of the reasoning she wanted him trespassed.nonetheless he was cursed at for not wearing a mask, which he can’t due to medical issues. Supreme Court has ruled that an establishment cannot refuse you service due to mask ordinance.
There were multiple children present at the time he was repeatedly cursed at by the manager. This is incredibly unprofessional. She wouldn’t even allow him the chance to explain why he cannot wear a mask. This makes the company look very bad.
I’m absolutely taken back by the language she used.which is very unfortunate since our family lives in union and has used cvs my entire life.

The pharmacy is always super slow. Prepare to spend 20 minutes waiting there if there's any line

I called this store twice this morning at 9: 30 AM. On hold for 10 minutes with pharmacy, no answer. Called back and talked with general store clerk, they transferred me back to pharmacy and I was again placed on hold for 6 minutes and then I hung up. Extremely poor service. This pharmacy is a little both further than Rite Aid, Walgreens and Kroger. With this kind of customer service, I won’t be using this store. Walmart and Kroger answered my call immediately. No thanks CVS, I’ll go elsewhere!

Friendly and caring people that work here! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to get medications or ask for recommendations when you or someone in your family is sick.

I’ve walked out of this store several times due to the pressure of the employees constantly asking if I need help. I had 3 different employees ask if I am finding what I’m looking for before I was halfway back to the pharmacy. I turned around & walked back out. If I need help, I’ll ask, thank you

Very disappointed during Memorial Day weekend at CVS. During check out when asked for my ID and I provided the only ID that I have, my government-issued military ID. My ID has all my information, full name, date of birth, expiration date, federal identifier, affiliation, service/agency. CVS did not accept it for my purchase and asked for another form of ID. I do not know what the issue was, but ended up leaving because it is my only ID I had. CVS may reserve the right to do this, but I have never had any issues anywhere else in the world. I wouldn't recommend CVS to any proud veterans with this form of ID. I am very disappointed in my hometown CVS and will never do business with any CVS again.
