Drug Store CVS reviews
17Avoid at all cost. No one answers the phone. Long wait times. Constantly out of many medications. I will never go to this or any cvs again. I feel bad for the employees.
Worst CVS ever! They always have a lame excuse why the drive through is closed.the line is always long.they never answer the phone
I've received quite a bit of helpful, friendly service at the CVS on Sandusky Street, in the retail store and especially in the pharmacy.
Dr should have said that CVS pharmacy shuts down early, would have used Walmart or Walgreens. CVS is another good store going downhill.
The idea these people are still allowed to dispense medication is absolutely frightening. Go anywhere else.
Worst pharmacy ever. I'm so mad I'm around the corner and they can't get it together. I can't trust them to refill my monthly inhaler. It's always delayed or "processing" Currently been on the phone for 20 minutes. They aren't supposed to close until 1: 30 for lunch but something tells me nobody will be answering the phone. If you try to explain things to them they stare at you like your asking them to move to moon. They just have no idea what they're doing and it honestly scares me. I seriously recommend if your medication is needed on time go elsewhere.
CVS' main function is the pharmacy. It is useless if the pharmacy is always closed. Shutting down early and then shutting down the system during lunch hours is unacceptable. I really appreciated the the tech happily telling me they were closed for lunch as they walked outside to smoke their cig. Attempted to pick the same prescription 3 times now. Close your doors
The pharmacy was busy busy as usual since it's one of the only pharmacies in town who accept medicaid. But the staff is always friendly and they rock out my prescriptions monthly w no issues thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
Do yourself a favor if you're coming here for prescriptions. Go somewhere else! Drive-thru never open, waited over an hour on the phone just to get hung up on.line is always backed up into the else's.
I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Worse pharmacy I had ever seen. They make pick up a prescription as hard as they could possibly make. They have no will to help you at all (They dont make the minimal). Im trying to transfer a prescription from Reynoldsburg and at the CVS in Reynoldsburg they said I should call CSVS at Sandusky st. At Sandusky street cvs they say I have to talk to Reynoldsburg. I just got off the phone with Reynoldsburg CVS again and they said people at Sandusky st. CVS just dont want to do what they supposed to do. They never pick up the phone 9You can call all day, for the entire month - no one picks up the phone. Do the test), its just a mess. I wonder if that place has any management at all. I will just change pharmacies, it doesnt worth my time. Horrible job they do at that place.
The pharmacy drive-thru closes often and they make people go in to the store to pick up their meds & you can clearly see that there are a few staff that can easily man the drive thru. Obviously if you're sick, you may not want to be around people or may not have the energy to walk in? Also, they close for lunch. I mean I what store does that? I pick up my meds on my lunch break & they're closed too for their lunch break. Do they have to all go at the same time? Just wondering.
I had switched to them because Walgreens didn't have a specific brand of my medication. They said they had it and all they needed was a prescription. Then they told me they couldn't fill it unless my doctors office called and spoke to the pharmacist. My medical assistant called to verify the brand and manf.and they still gave me the wrong manufacturer. I just switched to another pharmacy. Another time I asked one of the pharmacy techs where an item was and she was nice and told me and said if you can't find it let me know. So when I came back and told another tech I couldn't find it, she just stared at me no facial expressions and said if it wasn't there we don't have it. No customer service skills and it turned out the item was recalled. Guess they don't keep them in the loop about healthcare items. Being short staffed is not an excuse to be that towards customers trust me I know what's it's like. Put that energy towards your bosses and maybe you might get more staff.
The pharmacist was very helpful, even tho he was working alone. The pharmacy is SO understaffed. I felt bad for the pharmacist.
Where is Karen? She is the best pharmacist. Now there are random pharmacist that have no clue on what they are even doing, hand out the wrong medicine. Check your medicine.
No staff. Long wait times. Takes actual days not hours to get prescription filled. They NEVER answer the phone.
I have to call in order to fill one of my prescriptions, but the pharmacy does not answer the phone. So I have to drive over there, ask them to fill it, then drive back home. Then i have to drive back over there when its filled. It's a big hassle. I understand that they're short staffed, but if CVS treated their workers better and paid them a fair wage, there wouldn't be such an issue and they'd be able to answer phones. The people who do help me when I go over there are always kind to me, considering the stress they're dealing with.
Did Not get my moms prescription when she called 6 days ahead and then left us on hold for a long time
