CVS/pharmacy / MinuteClinic reviews
21Needed a tb test for work.they charge $35 for the test and $39 to get it read. I walked out.unbelievable.
Used the pharmacy for my prescriptions as I’m
Pregnant and diabetic. They just decided on their own not to fill my insulin pens and not to tell me until I waited 30 mins and they only gave me my lancets. Had free vouchers from the Dr and a rude pharmacist said “Oh you wanted to use the vouchers, insurance will cover some of it. Of course I want it free over using insurance, they’re very expensive. Said my insurance would only cover 5 pens yet my prescription covered 10. My vouchers covered 10 and it was pulling teeth for him to use my vouchers. Then he stated “I’m trying to help you. ” Ok sir, i was calm. Now not so much. I want all 10 that was called in and I need them ASAP. Been here nearly an hour and I need to go. George is the pharmacist name, could’ve done without the attitude issue when you screwed up not me.
I get here at 12: 58 and there is 1 women that is going in to be helped, I am THE ONLY other person. The platinum blonde, receptionist I assume, steps out stating that they will not be helping anyone until 2: 30. She says I can sign in and wait an hour and a half or I can go to "urgent care down the road. " If i wanted to go to urgent care, i wouldve gone there. You cant see ONE other person before going to lunch? What kind of service is that. Not to mention the place is filthy, I had to take hand sanitizer to wipe down the computer before even signing in. Heres the KICKER, the sign in said that I will be seen in EIGHT MINUTES, well before 1: 30, well before their lunch. But did that receptionist have the etiquette or customer service ability to do that? Lolol Nah. There are 2 nurses, a patient literally just left, its 1: 15. Dont go here for help, they dont care.
Gina is an employee at this CVS on West 117th in Lakewood. She is rude and has been insulting to me and many other customers. I have complained to the corporate office on several occasions and my friends and family have as well. If "Gina" is rude to you as well, call the corporate office and report her. Report her to her manager in the store as well as the corporate office. Do not allow this bad mannered, rude and offensive employee to insult you. Call her superiors immediately
Extremely rude, inconsiderate and not what I want in a health care provider of any kind. If you don’t like your job helping people then that just shouldn’t be your job.
Outstanding care and quick visit. No waiting. Got my diagnosis and my meds fast. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews come from individuals who leave nothing but negative reviews on a lot of businesses. You're just salty about life. Look at your reviews and stop complaining about life. Iwould HIGHLY recommend this clinic.
I got robbed by one of the nurses that work in this Clinic. I left to the bathroom to do my urine test and I realized part of my money that was in my wallet was missing. I tried to talk to the doctors and people that works in this clinic but I didn’t receive any answer. It’s pretty sad that you can’t even trust to “professional” people that work in this Clinic. It was a terrible experience and this lady completely ruined my day. Don’t recommend this place at all!
Ok. Lines can get long but they usually bring people on to help speed things up. Occasional issues with panhandling out front.
You wait 5-10 minutes in line to cash out. The exterior of the building and landscaping is a sore eye for the community
Asked the pharmacist if there was anything I could do to help the nausea with my medication, and she told me her job was simply to dispense medication and that she couldn't offer any advice. They are always rude and act like you're wasting their time. Often behind the counter joking around instead of helping customers. Switching immediately.
The team in the back has been 99% great, helpful, going out of their way to assist, even during travel in several states. Too bad contract was dropped. No idea why.
This used to be my neighborhood drugstore it is a clean store the staff at the front register are flipped on a regular basis so it is hard to tell about friendly staff. I do think the chain in general is a bit hipacritacal not selling cigarettes because they are promoting the whole healthy living. However the first four aisles of the store do not project that with candy, chips, pop, and alcohol
Luckily only one patient before me, was in and out in 30 min. Gail mangan n.p. Was so very attentive, and today my horrible tooth ache has subsided. If they are busy you will wait like anything else, however, i was attended, and had my rx filled within an hour and could get on with my day. LOVE IT!
Everyone has treated me with respect! When I have asked for help they are always there helping me.
Very busy place. Pharmacy could use extra help. Store is pleasant and staff is generally courteous.
Not sure about anyone else but my experience was great, could not be better! Maybe it depends on who is there at the time but Andrea is the best and most knowledgeable nurse I have ever met by far! Lucky to have her doing this, I'd actually rather go to her than my doctor.
If the website says your open till 8: 00. Then they should take patients till then. I walked in at 7: 46 and they wouldn't take me because they have to clean up to get out on time. I'm having the worst case of a sinus infection and I am in tons of pain. They could've helped me. All I wanted was an antibiotic. I just got out of work, myself. What happened to care for a patient? The website should say open till 7: 45 so we can clean up.
I went there today (12: 30 pm on New Year's Eve) and they posted a sign that said they're at capacity and not taking anymore patients, ALTHOUGH the website says they're open until 3 pm and there wasn't a single person in the waiting area.
Such bullshit and a waste of time.
There has been a quick wait time here every time I've gone. I did go once and they were taking anymore patients. The practitioners have always been nice and friendly.
This women is extremely rude every time I or someone I knows goes in to be seen. Rather pay the $100 copay at a real ER.
