15Understaffed is an understatement. To pick up an Rx you are looking at a wait time of 30/45 minutes if you are lucky.
This place has gone downhill so much recently. They act like they don't even care about you or the fact that you are sick. Very hard to get ahold of. With the exception of a few people there, the rest are horrible.
Waited for Instant Print 5min for one pic. Asked older blonde lady with glasses how long it usually takes. Said "Depends On How Many Orders Are Ahead". Checks computer & no orders not even mine as I'm holding the receipt. "Try It Again". Another 5min nothing but still get a receipt. Ty to the other employee Fr@ncee for informing me they've been having issues with Instant Print & helping get our order otherwise we'd have waited who knows how long. 5 for her.
I’m absolutely disappointed in the work of the pharmacy employees. I was trying to pick up the prescript medicine for my child for 4 days. The first day they told me they have to order them, the second day - that the doctor should specify the quantity (which they could tell me about the first day!), the third - I should call the insurance company (I had to go back home and as it found out the insurance had no problem with my prescription. The pharmacy employee had missed some information!). The fourth day I came they told me the lunch time is starting and when I asked to give me the medicine they told me that they will called a security because I have to respect their time! I had to go home and come back again the fifth time! It’s so sad that they don’t respect other’s people time
WHAT is going on with the pharmacy at this location? Two times recently there is a sign on the front door stating "pharmacy is closed today".

I have been on hold for two hours still on hold making this review, I started calling around 6: 30pm it's almost 9: 00 they are about to close and my problem hasn't been resolved. I can't wait to pay my visit first thing in the morning well hello cvs. Smh
Went to pick up my daughter's prescription and was told it wouldn't be there until after 3 that day, when I went back I was told "oh it'll be here tomorrow". We went back a couple days later and we were told "we don't have that in stock, we have to special order it. " Why wasn't it ordered already the first 3 times I asked for it? Also, it's hydrocortisone cream? A very common medication. Thankfully, Kroger pharmacy came through. Just go there instead.
Was "helped" by a Marissa in the Drive Thru. It is not common for a pharmacy to put your card for payment inside the bag with the prescription. No other CVS in Columbus that I have been to does this. This worker didn't bother to say anything, she gave me the bag and walked away, no thank you, nothing. Customer service does not exist at this location. Basically pay for your meds and scram.
Third CVS I've been to today. Was told at 5 pm they would have my prescription by 6 pm. Show up at 7, they say another 45 minutes.
CVS in Columbus is a joke.
Will not be ordering pictures from this location again. The woman (manager?) that helped me was extremely rude and acted like it was a chore to get my photo packet. Also had other people’s pictures mixed in with mine. This location is closest to my house, but I will absolutely go elsewhere in the future
They never have three of my prescriptions in on time even though I call days ahead to prevent this problem. The pharmacist is always polite, but the support staff are anything but supportive. I will definitely not return to this wretched place again.
Horrible service! The manager should be fired on the spot. Had an appointment to get tested for covid. Went through the drive-thru as instructed in the message received. Had my small child with me and husband because we have all been exposed and having symptoms. The line at the drive thru was not long but each car was there for over 30 minutes. By the time we got done was 1h and 25 minutes past our appointment time. NOT OK! The manager of that location must be fired on the spot. When got to the window the guy (Eve) had to enter everything again in the system, although I even uploaded everything online beforehand. Why ask for all this info, if you nee to enter them again. It must be another system created; if they have someone with a bigger insurance issue, pull them over, or ask them to come inside - even fast foods figured that part out. INCOMPETENT MANAGER!
Store is dirty inside and out and has poor building maintenance. The place helps drag down the neighborhood. Trash everywhere. Drive through window is unusable from your car's window.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! RUSE CUSTOMERS! WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER bring my business here again! Highly recommend staying away from this establishment.
OMG today I went to buy a hair color and I paid with my debit card and they charged me an additional 15 dollars for something I did not receive, be careful there are many scams. So be very careful check your bill before leaving, because it seems that the cashier who works there is doing fraud.
