Dirty, poorly stocked CVS in south Fairborn, Ohio. I basically walked in, checked their perfumes for my wife and walked out due to poor selections and no staff to assist you. I was just passing through the area and will just shop at my local CVS store back home. 1 star.

I understand that there’s a lot going on right now in the world, but please update your hours. It’s so frustrating when you go out of your way to leave work early so you can get your medicine, only to find out that you are closed. I wouldn’t mind, if your hours were CLEAR and correct. Thank you

Doesn't know how to help. Doesn't ask questions, doesn't do anyy to resolve an insurance question. Outdated computer system has 10 entries for 1 customer, they can't keep it straight. Charges $150 then does nothing to check if maybe they are the one that screwed it up.

I have never waited for something so long. No matter the time or day we go we always have to wait. The female pharmacist is ALWAYS extremely rude and constantly will try to blame the doctors for any issues. She blamed our family doctor for CVS being out of a product. All of the techs are just as rude. I don’t understand how a great employee and willing to help extremely or answer any question got stuck at such a sad and pitiful establishment. This last time I went to pick up a new medicine for my 3 year old. I was not offered to ask the pharmacist any questions, I wasn’t asked at all if I had questions, the lady just said here you go and shut the window. HORRIBLE. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I am a life-long CVS customer, even when I lived in a different state. But since moving back to Fairborn and using this CVS, I'll be switching to another pharmacy. Every month, my husband and I get text messages letting us know our prescriptions are ready. When we go to pick them up, we are told they actually are NOT ready, that it will be a 20-30 minute wait. Yesterday, I left my doctor's office and they sent over two new prescriptions. When I got to the store, they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked about coming later to pick up and the pharmacy tech told me that if i wasn't waiting in store, it would be at least 7 days before they could fill the prescription! I said fine, I would wait. And I waited. OVER AN HOUR. When they finally called my name, they told me that the prescription I had just waited an hour for wasn't in stock. They couldn't have told me that at the beginning? This place has gone completely downhill and we are transferring all of our scripts today to a different chain. Don't go to this store unless you don't care when you get your prescriptions, have all the time in the world to wait, and don't mind being jerked around.

Absolutely ridiculous. To get an antibiotic filled will take up to 7 days. If I want to bring my child who is clearly sick and can't sit up in then itll be 30 or so minutes. Why i cant just get it filled and pick it up makes no sense. I will not be using this pharmacy. I suggest anyone to use any other before going here.

Store is terrible, last 6 times I have come in to pick up, it's never ready, I even wait an extra day to make sure and here I am waiting an hour on a prescription that was due to pick up yesterday, moving my prescriptions to Walgreens, my time is valuable to.

Customer service does not exist at this location. Dont try calling them if you have a short fuse.

Each month I have a prescription that I have to get filled. I call my doctors office at least a week before the prescription needs to be filled that way the pharmacy has the request and can have it filled on time. Each month I call to make sure they have my prescription ready and they do not. They tell me they need to order it every time. So now I have to go two days without the prescription that was sent to them a week ago because it will not be in till Monday. It would be different if my doctors office just called it in, I can understand that. However, if they are given that much time they should have ordered it already.

I ordered a print through the Kodak machine. I called to see if it had arrived.apparently this is TOP SECRET information and only a manager can check to see if it has arrived. This is Thursday and there will be NO MANAGER in the store until Saturday. Awesome. How are you running the store with no manager? !

Called and asked if they carried a 3-hole punch, they did, she told me the price is 5 and so change, I’m like cool. I make my way to the store and do my shopping, then I get up there to be checked out the hole punch and vanilla ice cream, the hole punch is scanned, comes up as 12.49, I ask why it’s that price and was told probably because or the buy one get one 50% off, well even then half of 12.50 is 6.25 so that math is wonderful. I am a regular customer there and love the place, but that upset me.

This is the worse pharmacy ever! Sometimes you get a couple ppl that are quick and know whats going on, but 95 %of the time it's a whole process! Mind you I've been going there for the same prescriptions, from the same doctors for about 3 years! Yes I know I'm an idiot for staying, but its. 9miles away and I have Caremark through my employer!

Today I pulled up to drive thru window, they said, "I will be a little bit, you can roll up your window! " It was very cold outside! So I waited with my mom and dog.and waited.and waited. 30 MINUTES! No exaggeration! They had past by the window, stood at the window several times during this! My dog honked the horn by accident and about 10 mins later the curly headed woman (worse one of them all), comes to the window. She realllllly said, "sorry ma'am I didn't see or hear u pull up! " I seriously almost blacked out! She then asked if my perscriptions were called in monthly by the doc or if cvs calls the doc to renew.what I wanted to say was, "why dont YOU know that you curly headed f***? " But I told her and was really friendly cause I work at a call center and can't bring myself to flip out! She gives me my meds and shuts window then walks away. SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME THE ONE THING I CAME FOR, the one thing three hours before I knew should of been ready, and she had said, "Oh no, we're going to get them all ready together! " The one I needed was called in 3 days earlier and CVS called to say it'd be ready for me LOL!

So I go inside, get asked by ppl in front if I need help 20 times, tell another lady, who proceeds to tell me they're waiting on doctor's approval. I'm literally losing my stuff by now! I nicely just simply say "no", she looks again.low and behold.she'll have it ready in 10- 15mins! I get that things get put back if u procrastinate like me, but when I came there 3 hrs earlier and was told 615, and I specifically asked about this particular med, and was told by Curly Sue it'd be ready. ONLY TO SPEND ONE HOUR AT CVS LOL I can't. I'm changing pharmacies, and urging my job to change from them to something else! Its sad!

The employees who work at this location are amazing. I've never had to deal with a bad attitude because I'm a couponer, or rudeness. I love the cashiers and the managers. Everyone is very respectable. The selection is great and I love the ECBs (earned cash backs).

I have shopped at this CVS location for years and NEVER had an issue! Today, I had a horrible experience! I went to fill my prescription like I always do (or did) here and looked around while I waited. Between the 2 ladies working in the store, they asked if I needed help at least 5 times (no exaggeration) within the 20 minutes I was there. I thought that was a bit much, but no big deal. I had my 4 & 2 year Olds with me and they began to get somewhat impatient while we were waiting so I took them to look around and found an item I liked and took it with us back to the pharmacy when they called my name. Anyways, I checked the time and knew I had to get my son to preschool soon so I decided to put the item back on the shelf after getting my prescription. As I went yo leave, the same women who was had ask me 2 or 3 times if I "needed any help" stopped me before I even got to the door and asked if I was ready to check out. I proceeded to tell her I had already done so at the pharmacy. Then she told me that she had saw me pick up several items and put them in my bag and that I was on camera doing so. I let her know that wasn't true and she then threatened to call the police if I didn't let her search my bag. I let her search only to find nothing. After falsely accusing me in front of my children and everyone else in the store of stealing and making me late to get my son to school, just to prove she was wrong! Needless to saw, I won't be back to shop there and I will be following up with my attorney!

This CVS is okay. Some of the employees seem like they really know what they're doing, but others seem to not care about anything.
