CVS, Cleveland OH

The gentleman at the checkout counter, I think he was the manager, was very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, he checked out the person inline and came over and showed me where the product was. Normally, even if there are no customers at the checkout, the employees don't bother coming over to help, so his effort and action is very much appreciated.

The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful in helping me get my medication. It seems that there's always something that goes wrong when I need to get my meds and other stores often can't get me the assistance that I need. But the staff here was incredibly helpful and I was able to get my meds. If I could give it a high rating I would.

Wasted my time and money. Went to get passport photo, got a blurred one. Came back, got a better one but they do not have digital version, just print outs. If you need a digital one, go elsewhere.

Terrible service, the worst pharmacy in the area. Seek a CVS literally elsewhere

Pharmacy staff are the worst! They make a mistake, delay in filling your medication yet are unapologetic and rude.
Marion, the pharmacist yelling and threatening to yell more was childish, ridiculous and unprofessional for a medical provider and a leader. Who hired this guy?
Too bad CVS on 9th and Rockwell was closed. I had a great experience there for many years.
CVS on 8000 Euclid Avenue is a joke.
Patients deserve better!

I went to buy a $50 gift card for the Cheesecake Factory. I was surprised that I had to use cash and was not allowed to use my debit card.
I happened to have the cash. This was new to me.
