CVS, Lorain OH

Pharmacy consumer service isn’t the best. I’m not sure who I was talking to, but the lady in the phone don’t need to touch the phone or talk to anyone until she learns how to properly talk to people.

When people are calling in for their prescription be patient with them because most of us are confused because the doctor or my chart is saying one thing and the pharmacy is saying another. Regardless the customer is trying to figure out what is going on so they can get their prescription and go on about their business. I get everyone has a bad day, but her attitude was unnecessary.

This is hands down the absolute worst pharmacy to deal with. Employees are beyond rude. They can’t seem to provide simple information and huff and puff while assisting you. If pharmacy staff can’t provide information on OTC or billing then it seems training is needed.

Pharmacy staff is so rude. I've had it with this location. I'm going to transfer to Meijer. The employees at Meijer are so friendly and efficient. The drive through at CVS is always backed up, I often just go inside because it's quicker. They regularly are out of stock on my medications and they don't seem to care about anything.

Whoever the fat chick is with the gray hair that works at the pharmacy, she is the worst employee I’ve ever come across. So rude when asking a simple thing to be done. Needs to be fired and hop on a treadmill

The pharmacy here is just awful. The staff are rude, prescriptions aren’t filled hours after my doc sent them in. This is based off of several months of using these guys.

Typical CVS pharmacy.clean, organized and well stocked with plenty of help from courteous employees. Shout out to Ryan Ybarra, CVS employee who's always friendly and welcoming, a true asset to CVS corporation! Check out their weekly weekly ads for great deals!

They have the worst customer service. Always rude when you call. They either never have a medicine in stock or it’s not ready. My son was even given the incorrect medicine one time. And it’s only the Pharmacy. The store workers are always nice and welcoming. I wish I had names of everyone I have spoken to because I would post it. Y’all need to do better. Your not trained to be this way.

Wow. Absolutely rude treatment. Borderline aggressively rude. Obviously an issue with script called in - they said my profile was mixed with another- patiently waited, then drove around again so as not to hold up the line and was told they would check it out. Pulled back to the window and the male employee aggressively asked " WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" - tried explaining again (I had already done this last round and was told it was being looked into.) He said - I have nothing for you- THATS WHAT I SAID! This is just unacceptable. Male employee- maybe a manager.approx 6: 50 pm 11/10/2022. I will try to contact a someone at CVS with oversight at this location to express the poor poor treatment. Would sooo advise avoiding this location and/or CVS in general.

Horrible service from the pharmacist that I have never dealt with! Only reason I kept going is I love Pam! She’s very caring but the one pharmacist is a jerk! I think they can’t handle all the business since Walgreens shut down a bunch of people with certain insurances!
