I spoke with someone very nicely on the phone and she raised her voice at me. Very uncomfortable and should be giving it a 0/5 stars.shame on the lady I spoke to.
Very rude, condescending male pharmacist at Eastwood location in Akron.

Why would you say you close at 9, post it online and on your store.then close 16 minutes early. Every heard of "last minute/work late/emergencies" and "you're the closest drug store" or. "don't say you're open when you're closed". Cooooooool. Thaaaaaaank yooooou sooooo much for wasting my time.
I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy. Whoever fills prescriptions fills them wrong and needs to be retrained. They charge incorrectly as well and I’m not talking about insurance but a saving coupon that specifically states what the charge should be. Got 30 days supply of one medication and their label said they filled it for 90 days. Had to go back and argue with them and they tried to gaslight me as if I don’t know how to read a label. Needless to say I am filling my prescriptions elsewhere. Do NOT use this location if you want your medication filled correctly.
There is a lady in the pharmacy named -she's the rudest person I've ever met. Makes me feel like such an inconvenience to her I thought maybe she was just having a bad day so I waited three more times of being waited on by her to write this review. If she does not like her job she shouldn't be there she's the only person to ever give me an issue other people will go above and beyond like call your doctor to get a new refill and have coupons. She really makes me not want to go to this one but I don't really have a choice.
I always thought of their prices a little high on things, but after joining "Carepass, " it really helped in lowering prices.
Went to pick up prescription, (first time at CVS) they asked me if I received a call my script was ready, I told them no, pharmacy tech told me if we dont call you it's not ready! He asked my name, date of birth, said they couldnt fill it because my insurance doesnt pay for it, they did not ask if I could pay for it or tell me how much it was, he just said it's expensive. I got a discount card and am able to afford it but will NEVER go to a CVS ever again, or give them my hard earned money!
Rude staff, practically called me a liar in front of 2 other customers, a month later, still dont have my script. ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE IT WONT LET ME POST WITHOUT IT!
Dear pharmacy workers,
My apologies for needing to gather my prescription during your work hours. I am so sorry that my medication is a bother for you as I am left sitting at the drive thru or standing at your counter. I know you are busy. I was busy at work today as well and I try to be patient, but you treat me like I am in your way. I thought maybe you had customer service training, but somehow you were probably overlooked in that part of your training. Maybe a refresher course would help and that what I will suggest to your boss next time I am treated like less than a paying customer. Sincerely,

I have a very poor customer service experience, the cashier Jacob was extremely rude, while he was taking down a sing he was yelling at customers to use self checkout, after he got the sign down he o most let the latter fall on the customer and then proceeded to harass elderly customers into using self check out. After that I sat my pine sol on a cart and walked out the door.
Rude managers, sarcastic can tell they don't care about the customer both of them an the generic Santa Claus looking dude his attitude towards anything is just disgusting only reason I'm giving it two is cause that nice young lady with dreads at the counter who actually tried to help me, get new management please!
Worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The lady who helped me at the pharmacy was so rude and made me feel uneasy. I was switching pharmacy’s. Very disappointed
They don't answer the phone. Over 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Time to find another pharmacy.
Had to drop off a package, arrived at 8: 45 to find them closed, even though they are supposed to be open until 9.
