I have been using the CVS Pharmacy at 500 S Water St, Kent, OH for almost 20 years always with great experience. The current pharmacists and PAs are arrogant, incompetent and unfriendly. They lack basic commons sense and they dont want to.solve issues. They throw their colleagues under the bus. Certainly will not go there anymore and NOT recommend anyone. Support local business instead of a corporate giant. Go to Drug Mart.

The pharmacy went out of their way to solve a problem filling a prescription. They worked w my dr and we’re very kind and patient w me.

I love the staff at the Kent CVS. Always reaching out to help. Pleasant. Many are college students.
