CVS Pharmacy reviews
3 Just to clarify on another review in here. The review discussing the Kent state basketball game did NOT occur at the CVS in TARGET at 4200 Kent Rd and the review is inaccurate.
The review about med availability for the CVS in Kent is NOT about this location located inside of Target in Stow.
CVS Kent NEVER has meds available. They tell YOU to call around and find which CVS has what you’re looking for, pic you find one relatively close, YOU have to call Kent and have them transfer it. I recently had Pink Guy and they did not have the medication I needed. This was a Thursday. I asked when they would be able to get it in and they told me not until the following Thursday. Who’s going to live with pink eye for a week? The closest CVS that had the medication was in chagrin Falls, one hour away from me. I ended up calling the Walgreens across the street and they had five bottles. Walgreens took initiative and called CVS to get the prescription transferred. CVS did nothing to help me. I am transferring all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. If I could give Kent CVS negative stars, I would.
The irresponsible management of this pharmacy directly harmed my wife. The pharmacist insisted a mistake was made on my wide's prescription and refused to fill it until he spoke with the physician. He never called after getting confirmation, so when I called and told him i would be by to pick it up in 10 minutes, he told me he was closing to go to a Kent State basketball game. This was at 4: 30 and the game didn't tip off until 7 p.m. An absolute disgrace of a person who puts their patients at risk with their inability to do their job.
